The bodybuilding mechanic worked strangely though. Some parts never seemed to attach to my torso no matter how many times I tried. And there was another time where I seemed to steal the entire body of an opponent instantly.
Some things could be done graphically to make things clearer. e.g. Body parts not attached to anything could be shaded differently.
Controls were a bit confusing.
Tongue-in-cheek music was very appropriate.
I wanted to try the game right when I saw the artsheet, I was like "Oh reminds me of Bindings Of Isaac" :D Well done for that !
The music is also really cool and entertaining, as well of course as your game idea. Great job to you !
Also I got killed a lot at first and it was very hard to realize when I was detached from my toros, and when I wasn't. so in general, a bit more feedback would have improved the experience. when you get a few strong parts, you feel SUPER STRONG though, which was awesome :)
good job!
i agree with the comments about assemling. some sort of visual feedback (on when it will or won't pick up or connect) would be nice.
also not sure bug or not: you can just click on enemies to disassemle them without any fighting.
great music =,D
I did experience some strange behavior, though. Some body parts did not want to attach to anything, no matter how hard I tried. Sometimes, attaching one part made some ones disappear. Some parts seemed impossible to interact with and there was no real way of understanding why.
However, once I got past that and started getting into a flow, it was a fun idea. I love how you can attach any limb anywhere and I wish it was a lot more free-flowing. I love the AIs in the arena as well. It's a great touch!
