About:

In Rolley Sh❤t you are a dung beetle an want to impress your love... by creating the biggest ball of sh*t this world has ever seen, of course. Roll up everything in your path and make your dream come true.

Gameplay:

You start with a small ball of sh*t and need to increase its size by rolling up obstacles in your way, whether they are alive or not. A green border indicates if your ball is large enough to absorb another obstacle.

Watch out to not hit anything that your ball of sht can't handle yet. If your ball of sht is hit by anything larger than it, you will take damage and lose progress. You recover health by absorbing obstacles again.

You can evade too large obstacles by either moving out of their way or by jumping over them. There might be situations were jumping is your only option.

You can also shoot your ball in front of you to quickly roll over obstacles in your way. A shot ball cannot be damaged by any holes on its way.

Collect power-ups to temporarily gain benefits.

Controls:

  • Move: WASD
  • Jump: Space
  • Aim: Mouse
  • Shoot your ball: Left mouse button

I'm Firefox (windows) and unfortunately all I got was a blank black screen :( On the plus side, this looks like a godot game! Yay for Godot!

But if the player stays don't jump before a crevasse, it can disapear from the screen and the game is still playing.

Oh my god it has a loading bar and an animated start screen. How the heck did you guys find time for that? Also great game.

A fun game, but I felt the first two levels felt pretty much the same, and the while the last level introduced one new mechanic, it didn't feel that different from the first two (this is from playing on the easiest mode).

I love it so much! I really appreciate how out of hand it gets, for sure top marks for humor! Dung beetles are my favorite kind of bug, they are so silly. Also the idea of a katamari endless runner works well, and the difficulty curve felt just right. Great job to the whole team!

I was genuinely surprised and super happy to see that not only does rolling up a rock or grasshopper appear in your poop, but they're even both visible together if you roll them up simultaneously! Nive consistent art style, well done :)

I really enjoyed the progression in this game. At first it was a bit tricky though to get used to jumping in a top down view.

This game is hilarious, and it's not just a gimmick. The gameplay was engaging and challenging enough to keep me playing until the end. Graphics were well done as well. Overall it was fantastic, innovative and funny. Great work!

Fun! The art looks great. I like how the environment scales up from level to level to really emphasize how you're growing.

Gameplay-wise, I didn't really notice a difference between the easiest and the hardest difficulty. Also, I found that I didn't use the shooting mechanic that often, because it felt like it was more likely to hit an obstacle than not. I did like how the enemies would stop at a jump barrier, effectively resetting the level -- that made it so that I always felt like there was a chance to come back and win, even if I went down to my last life.

Overall, good entry!

Cool idea and well polished game. Has all components I value. Nice graphics, sound effects and interesting background track.

Gameplay is engaging, even on easy difficulty. At the beginning I wasn't sure why my health dropped when I hit rock. Perhaps you could add red outline to harmful scenery elements like you did for the moving enemies.

Great job! Cheers!
