Darkness all around you. Only your bullets can guide you, and let you find the right path.

But there is something else living in here...

I was not able to pass the first area unfortunately. Good mood and song though. I would recommend you add a gunshot noise

@cpokered I'm sorry to read that you got stuck in the first level, this is likely due to a nasty bug that will basically stop you from shooting. This bug should be fixed now, so I hope you can give the game a second chance. Thank you for you comments about the mood and audio tho!

@oiledowl Thanks for you comment! The reason I didn't enable audio rating is cause the main song was not made by any us (the credits reflect this now), so I feel it would be unfair to the people who created their own music from scratch.

Interesting light/shot mechanic, kinda reminds me that particular place in Dark Souls 1 where you can't see anything :)

@blk-dragon Thank you for playing! Getting compared to Dark Souls is high praise indeed!

Nice! Many puzzles are different, I like "friends ... near you" and the next one with things in the dark (I was a bit scared of dying when I see one coming to me)

I really liked this game!! The mood was super cool, I love the concept, and it was executed very well. I think some of the levels make it really difficult to manage ammo, so I couldn't personally finish it, but nonetheless it was very interesting. Nice Job!

While minimalistic, your graphics and animations are really sweet!

I like how you were able to use the fog of war aspect and mix it with limits so even when you die, you need your memory. And the mini worms that lit the area is a neat idea too. It took me a while waiting on their movements in order to move, because I thought they'd kill me

Also, your highscore on my game is more than mine! :open_mouth: :thumbsup_tone4:

I couldn't play for long, it gave me a huge agony when I jumped into nothing without knowing what was below...
I liked! :)

I really like the concept. You legitimately come from nothing. Building your knowledge of the play space as you progress. Sufficient was definitely sufficiently hard and I could not progress. Good controls, great art, excellent theme usage.

Really fun game! the Z button for jump was kinda hard to get used to tho. Had a real good time and the sound was great too!

Nice! Really cool concept and the graphics and music make a great atmosphere. The exploration gameplay was pretty fun though a little frustrating and trial-and-errory - not a great pattern when you maybe have to memorize the level in order to save bullets (this sort of happened towards the end). Kinda wish I had the ability to shoot in the air, but maybe that would've been a waste of bullets most of the time. The watch your feet level was pretty frustrating since there were some "dead ends" (ie, running out of bullets and falling back to a previous area for example) as you explored the level, wonder if there should've been an easier introduction to the more vertical levels. I did manage to finish the game, but I was one failure away from giving up on the last level :P Really cool game, maybe needs a bit more level design polish and it could be truly great. Awesome work!

That was SO good!!

I felt bad every time I stepped on one of those light slugs... :(

Great concept and great level design! I loved how each new creature was introduced in a different level. The last level with the creatures roaming in the darkness really made me feel uneasy.

Awesome all around.

One of the best entries. It's a shame how little ratings it has! Awesome game!

This is a great game, with a little bit of work you could even sell it.
Great art, sounds good as well, solid mechanics, self explanatory.

Great job!
