A few comments:
A bug I experienced: Sometimes, when hitting a "fake" lava section, I was trapped inside the floor when it appeared. In this case, I had to restart the game.
It was probably not neccessary to block the door during the tutorial. The mechanics are intuitive, even without reading about them.
All in all, it was an interesting platformer :-) I didn't have the platforming skills to get to the end, sadly.
The last level is a bit tricky at add to restart couple of time to find the right jump intensity and not die directly.
Also I downloaded the source file by error and see that you have left the _Library_ folder.
When you export your project files or put them on a source control system, you only need: _Assets_, _Packages_ and _ProjectSettings_. All the other folder are regenerated by Unity.
You also don't need any of the _visual studio_ files or folder.
If your are one 2020+ you could add _UserSettings_ but it's not mandatory. ;)
There was a bug at the second level, I was trapped on the white floor with no chance to jump with the spacebar.
Good job
The other puzzles were fun and challenging, but I felt the "stuck in a loop" theme was missing a bit. Only one level required a bit of cleverness with killing yourself to pass, the others were more like generic platformer levels.
Still, solid entry. It seems pretty complete and the challenge level is appropriate.
(And a minor point, but a "quit" button would have been nice. Closing out of games with Alt+F4 feels a bit wrong)
