Project Snowball by neverix
NOTE: this is a prototype. The initial game concept was 3D, but was thrown away and simplified because of an engine bug. Even then, some time was lost on making models and shaders.
Make a snowman with a stranger!
A person you meet during a walk invites you to build a snowman.
Controls: use the space bar to push the snowballs. You can use this to make them smaller or control the place where they land.

I did unfortunately run into a physics issue where I jumped the snowball and it landed on the flat part of the hill and stopped. I think this softlocks the game.
Overall neat concept! Also the first game with voice acting I've come across today.

Fun game, can't say I ever played anything like that, so good job being creative. The whole monochromatic design was really well done and made the game quite lovely. I had fun, the game ended when I stacked 3 snow balls, so I guess I built a snowman uh?
I initially wanted to end it with an animation of a carrot and buttons falling onto the snowman's head, but ended up going for a simple ending animation
- Seems like on the first try, the first snowball gets huge (like, the 3rd one just wouldn't go high enough to land properly) - on later tries, it's about half as large. Not sure how easy it is to reproduce.
- Had a snowball jump right as it started rolling, and I think it went through the floor. Softlocked the game.
- When I finally got it, the 3rd ball just... bounced right off. Had both the "Uh-oh" and the congratulation sequences at the same time. It was weird.
Game looks great. It's a neat concept with room to expand on, with various slope shapes and sizes, maybe some obstacles.
Good job!
Pretty unique concept but as other state before me, quite tough!
