I really liked this game, very charming. Gave me some roguelike vibes (broughlike vikes actually). I loved the premise and the personality of the game. It'd be great to have the tutorial in-game but the only real issue that I had with it was having to keep looking at the bottom of the screen the whole time to remember the next action. It'd be great if the next action was hinted around the main character. I could see myself playing a more polished version of this where your actions change\/evolve as you get more points. I also enjoyed tweaking the loop, although found that the best technique was to load up on move actions with a single attack and single shield, because this allowed flexibility. I also agree with the other commenters that it would be nice if this was turn based, as im sure it would allow for some nice tactical thinking rather than always trying to react quickly. Also some animation or similar to help you visually see which way things are moving would be nice. Nice entry!\n\nSide note: If you didn't make the music during the Jam, I think you are supposed to remove the music rating option from the game.
