The tutorial was really excellent - I somehow had a bit of trouble and ran out of syringes before the immune person arrived the first time I played the tutorial (and so couldn't finish), but, that aside, it was a very well executed tutorial. It really starts to heat up when the doctors start becoming immune. I wouldn't mind a greater variety of challenge - maybe some \"higher tiers\" of doctors with special abilities (e.g. shielding nearby people from disease) - but it's quite fun even as it is.
