Excited to see another Godot game! Liked the "shadow" effect!

I like the 3d effect, and the ominous music. I would say the enemies are rather easy to dodge.

I was confused about what to do first because the little square friend looked like it was a bullet shot by the enemy square, so I ran away from it. :(

I figured it out after a while and found the exit. I think it would be more fun if the friend square and the enemies were faster, or if the player was slower so I didn't have to wait for it.

At the start I was pretty confused on how to play, but after a while I managed to figure out that you had to stay with the little white square.
I feel like the white square moves a bit too slow. A lot of the game was just me waiting for it.

I did really like the music tho, it gave the a cool ominous vibe to the game (and it low key gave me anxiety)

(btw, the music works in chrome)

I like the idea. It's original. The music is nice. The game could be faster though. Good job.

It took me a few tries to understand what was happening, but after I got the hang of it I thought it was a clever mechanic. I think it would be more fun if the field of view was expanded and the whole things was a bit faster, but overall this was a nice, well-scoped entry. Nice work!

Yay I won  Scouted the place on my first attempt, leaving the child behind somewhere, then on my second attempt quickly brought both to the exit. Maybe add a restriction that you aren't allowed to lose sight of the child ^^

Cool game! I maybe would have liked to see a little visual variation as you progress, I was definitely moving in circles at one point. Regardless, the limited view did a great job setting a mood and adding tension.

Liked the idea, the music motive was also nice! The only suggestion is that the green cube could move a little bit faster : )

@spthiel Thanks for playing! I tried to leave enemies in places that would eventually net you a reset doing that but lots of spots missed obviously :)

The vision effect was pretty neat!

I wasn't quite sure whether I played it correctly. Is there some target place to reach? Some better level design would be appreciated.

Thanks for creating it, my 5yo daughter had some fun playing it :)

Cheers & keep going!

It took me 2-3 instances of running directly at the yellow squares before I realized what I was supposed to do. Other than that, it was a fun game with a nice, somber atmosphere.
