I enjoyed playing this, and I think it's a cool concept. I really liked the mechanics of moving the platforms around for the cat to jump on and off of.

;_; my cat never made it home. fun concept though, the mechanic is really fun. I even tried keeping items with me and that was surprisingly satisfying though hard. Fun that you allowed for that.

Really cool idea, bit of graphics polish and some extra interactables and it'll be really fun.

I liked this concept a lot. As a prototype I can see a lot of potential here, especially on mobile. I hope you keep developing this and I think it's clear it will need a lot of polish, especially around the item grabbing/movement as that will need to be really tight and clean in order to not get frustrated. There were a couple times where an object just disappeared when I touched it. But overall, I really like this one. Good job!

Concept and mechanic are really nice, I instantly tried to cheat keeping same plateform. Good work.

Haha love the idea of using "smooth" jazz as music for an alley cat! The "meow" killed me - so funny
The mechanics took a bit to understand - the cat would jump when reaching the end of a platform - but it works.

In first minutes, It was a little difficult to learn how play your game. I was needed some deaths and practice before starting to like it.

Do you think make a release of your game with some bugfixes after ludumdare ? :o

Like @kg-ft says, this game got potential but need some work on dragging & moving.

I liked the game idea!

Have you noticed that it is possible grab one platform and keep it with you all the time? The platform seems to go away after a while, but it kind of break the mechanics, since you only need to worry about getting one platform every once in a while. Maybe you should make them disappear faster.

About catching mice, maybe it was me, but I didn't notice any side effects regarding eating/not-eating a mouse other than the challenge of getting them. Am I missing something?

The generated music was really cool!

Also, I ran the game in a browser (Chrome) and sometimes it was a bit difficult to grab and drag the objects. Seems like it was a performance issue.

Great job!

Great job! I found an exploit if you can get two trashcans next to each other you can slingshot the cat forward super fast haha.

Great atmosphere in this game! I love how the level is different everytime, and my success really depended on having easier sections.. :P The dragging sometimes was a bit difficult, but that's just a minor but of polishing. I would be happy to hear more about this game! :)

The whole game and sound reflect a kind of melancholic mood which reminds me to one of my collegaues. If he were win the lottery he would only say "nice" :D Interesting idea.

I like it how you can just get your cat through hundreds of jumps with just one trash can :)

Oh, and maybe a restart option would be nice.
You can get stuck by discarding your trash can.

At times it was really hard to pick up the objects with blue halo due to the speed at which the game was going. I had a couple of times where my cat seemed to get stuck as managed to get a trashcan stuck on their head. The most effective technique I had was to just grab one of the support beams and continually (without letting go) just drag it under the cat as it allowed me to keep it and would always move just under them. Personally I would drop the scrolling speed just ever so slightly to give a little bit more time for response.

Nice idea, and sounds and feels good.

However I had a few problems with the physics. Esp. when the cat gets stuck in a trash can it's hard to get her out again.
Obviously I wasn't the only one trying to keep a platform dragging with me ;)

It's a bit too fast for my taste, you probably adjusted it to your experience :)
