Summon the Phoenix by giraffesareburning
The phoenix has returned to its egg to be reborn. Feed the fire wood to keep it alive. If it dies, so does the phoenix. Simply click on the wood stack to launch a new piece of wood. You can only have one out at a time. There are 4 possible outcomes. At the end of a minute or so, you will see how successful you were.
I hope the file works for you - I don't know if I will have the time to troubleshoot it. Others have gotten it to work.
There is a lot more I would have liked to done with this, but I am still new to programming in general and spent most of the weekend scraping from tutorials. I did learn a lot though and will improve the game over the next month or so. This is the first real 'finished' project I've made. I drew everything in MS Paint with a mouse and the standard colors. I played the background music on my banjo. The only thing I didn't create was the fire sounds which were pulled on a free sound website. The idea was inspired by an episode of Adventures in Moomin Valley. I know my code is really sloppy.
Things to come: -Rotating and Variable Wood Pieces -Better Visual and Sound cues -Variable Tweaks -More endings

Good job on finishing the project. I think it's a very good result for someone new to programming (and actually, it's a good result overall). Also, I really, really liked that you played the music yourself.
Good luck, and keep making games!
P.S.: As a suggestion, it would be great if you could upload a standalone .exe file that doesn't require installation. A lot of people dislike installing stuff, and you may get fewer reviews because of that.
Greato Jobu!
