Fatter by axeltherabbit
It's my first game jam ever :D
Keep your stomach alive, don't starve, follow the forks to find the food, (don't eat too much), fart, avoid the malefic broccoli
WASD to move and SPACEBAR to fart.
fill your hunger bar, if it reaches zero or you eat too much you die,
The broccoli can consume your fat by touching you, don't touch them.
You are faster if you are slim, and slower if you are fat, you can fart to loose weight and increase your speed if you are too slow but be careful, you could consume too much weight
BTW: it's trashy

I do think maybe you should change the start. You start with almost no fat and you need to wait for food to spawn in (and just be lucky it spawns near). Maybe consider that, overall fun game ;)
I really liked the concept for this one. And mechanically, it makes for a fun mini-game. Also, it seemed to be balanced well between the finding food pickups and 'starving' that one could keep going for a really long while.
It would be cool to see some variety in enemies and maybe get some pickups that aren't directly related to food (a speed pickup or an 'slow-starve' pickup could help you with getting more enemy variety to balance back and forth)
Fatter is a game about inherently human experience - eating junk food and farting, while avoiding disgusting vegetables like broccoli. While at the first glance it might seem as "dumb" or "primitive" it is, in fact, an accurate depiction of what most of the humanity was doing during 2020's pandemic.
And let me tell you - Metal Gear Solid 2 was also misunderstood after its launch.
I love it.
