You know a game is going to be good when you see the words "round house kicking skeletons". Great game!

Great game. I had alot of fun with this. Played until the screen was full of wagons, skeletons, bullets and graves. Great job.

Nice game ! I had so much passengers that the game starts to lag.

If there is an end goal that would be nice, like a score or a place to drop the passenger.

I cannot start the game up on itch, I get the error:
"Cannot read property 'GetParameter' of undefinded.
Hope you can fix this, I'll check back later cause I want to play this

I already had a comment though: Who picked these controls? xD

@evogengames I just checked and it works, could you check in Chrome or Firefox? I think it has something to do with GLES3

In chrome I get the error message above, in firefox the loading is much quicker but I get: GLctx is undefined.

Hi Rost, Is it made with Godot? I just noticed I'm having issues with other Godot games as well, so it might just be on my end. I'll check later on another pc!

Kind regards!

@evogengames Yes, it's made with Godot. Maybe you have a adblocker installed or something.

I had way too much fun this. Satisfying gameplay loop (pun not intended, I swear). The pixel art is also quite charming. Great job all around.
As @zwodahs suggested, some sort of HUD element with a score or a tracker of some sort could be a great finishing touch on this. Or maybe some sort of time indicator how long passengers will wait.

Big fan of the train, and shooting is very satisfying the more cars you get, although It felt like the difficulty increased a tiny bit quick. Still Great!

I like the idea of the train loop and the unexpected setting! Neat graphics, the gameplay is fun, but it feels that spawn rate should be decreased, at least at the start of the game, because I want to ride the whole loop before I get kiiled. Also, I feel the need of some upgrades for the gun to clear waves faster. I like your game and I wish you luck C:

I like the graphics style. Funny game. My game started lagging hard after about 8 passengers picked up while continuously holding down space button.

I had a ton of fun playing this! Great entry. Although I did notice that the game got quite slow towards the end.

Being stuck in a loop isn't so bad if you can shoot down hordes of skeletons!

The art is cute and instantly recognizable. The sound is nice but starts being weird after picking up a few passengers.

The gameplay is fun as it is, adding a score - like other commenters already said - would have been a nice addition. Good job!

Very enjoayble experience, Well done! I loved that spray paint shaking-ish sound, just to note, in my machine frame rate really drops on higher vagons while spamming bullets.

I just wish there was a score so I could know how many skeletons I killed. I also got so many skeletons chasing me and bullets on the screen that the game started to lag and the sound started glitching out, but I won't hold that against you.

Easily the best game with round house kicking skeletons I've ever played! Fun and addictive. I liked the risk/reward management involved in picking up passengers versus getting near skeletons, and the fact that the passengers give you more guns and health really makes picking them up fun.

Good job!

Wow - this was a nice mix-up of different concepts - really liked the idea - and the pixel art is also on point for this kind of thing... Big congrats on the entry

Once you get 10+ train carts, this game's genre changes to Bullet Hell... for the enemies. Awesome game. Very satisfying and fun to play!

Haha, it was really cool getting very powerful - with 10 wagons i just blasted all skeletons. They never had a chance! Very fun!

In the html5 version, it gets pretty laggy when you have lots of cars and therefore lots of bullets in game, I guess some pooling and GC issue, but that might be the limitation of html5 platform, dunno :)

Also why mouse to aim, space to shoot? Why not LMB? Maybe even RMB to pick up passengers, scroll wheel to increase and decrease the speed? It could've been all mouse controls, but keyboard is okay except for space to shoot, that doesn't make sense to me :)

Still I had fun, even with the minimalist artstyle and sfx it felt suprisingly good to shoot the enemies, their popping/clicking sound felt so good! I couldn't see much of a challenge or change in a gameplay, but still spent good amount of time just riding around and shooting those skeletons! And the graphics, though minimalist, is very good, the cloud shadows are an awesome touch! Very good work!

Just to write a few words in your native language "geweldig spel!". It's easy to pick up and hard to master. I too had some slowdown at a later point in the game, not sure what can be done about that, it's probably just the sheer number of "enemies". All in all, you delivered a well rounded and finished game. Congrats!

I liked the aesthetic and overall feel (though the game over screen was a little jarring). I liked the audio, especially when you take down an enemy. I think that maybe it starts of a little too strong with the amount of enemies, though. But overall, nice job!

The old school pixelart is pleasant. I like the idea. And the fact that the train is bigger when we take a new passenger (like a snake game) and that we can manage the speed. But what a mess with this amount of ennemies! Too messy for me, I don't find fun in this. Anyway, I see that some players like it. It's just a matter of taste. With some polish, it could be a nice game for the fans of the genre.

Good job! I liked to play it. The theme is respected.
Once 10 cars atteigned, the squeleton are no longer a problem.
