@incinious Thank you! I think I should have spent more time on actually crafting clever puzzles, and some more traps. But the other features took more time than expected.

Thanks for playing.

You made a nice puzzle game, congratz! I enjoyed how you used the theme in a crative way, the sense of humor, and the minimalist art! The lvl design is great, i really have to think a lot to pass by the fall. I apreciated the backgraound too, its beautyfull. I miss some 8 bit bg music that could be great if you add a nice music and adjust the volume of the audio, sometimes its so high. Overall , great job >)

Excellent entry! Made me laugh a lot, and I enjoyed the mechanics too. I love that it gives you a rank at the end as well, feels really polished!

An excellent game all around, congrats!
Very funny, cute but very consistent art style, interesting mechanics, not too hard, and it's short enough to keep one's interest up. I enjoyed completing it - but I couldn't be bothered to improve my F grade in the end :)

Awesome story and cool mechanics! It's interesting that both you and I made games about flying around and possessing stuff, but they turned out to be extremely different

Love the gameplay, the story was fun, and the puzzle you made interesting. I enjoyed it. Creating sound FX for the speech is great idea. Some kind a music could have help bringing an cool mood.

I enjoyed it. Nice work on the ending screen with ranking, it's a cool addition. It's simple and it works well.

Good job with this little game.

@shubh Thanks for playing! Yea I definitely see the potential to do more! The long walk at the end was actually made cause I ran out of time to make more content haha!

@literal-games Thanks for playing! I'm glad you found it funny! I recently played The Messenger, and was inspired by the conversations between the shopkeeper and you in that game. I feel like the influence came through!

@ditam Thanks for playing! I tried using a restricted 32 color palette to try to force some consistency in the art, and it looks like it paid off! I used Arne's 32 Color palette in Aseprite. For the ranking, I should have added a "No dialog" mode to streamline the replay process!

@chocolat-endive Thanks for playing! Yes the speech sounds were a requirement placed by my wife haha, she loves beep speech in video games. I definitely need to work on my music skills for next ld, so that I can hopefully add some!

Really cool game with a great premise. My one complaint is the player movement being just a hair too slow for my taste- I found myself knowing the solution, but not able to coordinate the actions fast enough, which can be frustrating in a puzzle game (though maybe I'm just bad at games haha).

Regardless, fun game with good humor!

Amazing gameplay...loved the narratives beep sounds and the sound effects...well balanced. Right on theme and the best is I really loved the pixelart style game.

@jelch Thanks for playing! I definitely could have balanced the puzzle vs. reflex part of it a bit better. I'm glad you liked the humor!

The level with four spikes just made me quit, how do I pass that ? This was so frustrating ! Overall, the game is nice, the idea is nice, and even if they are some strange brown lines as if the background tiles were not quite aligned, the realisation is nice, but the levels require a timing I am simply not able to have.

Don't fear the reaper, lol. I appreciated the humour in this. Personally I found the text beeping a bit much, but that's individual thing, and what the gods invented the "decrease volume" button for. Definitely enjoyed the concept and your overall take on the theme. As someone else mentioned, sometimes due to the player speed (or lack thereof) the margin for error felt way too narrow, and though you knew what needed to be done, actually executing it required a frustrating number of repeated attempts. That said, challenge is a key element to games like this, and it's good that it's difficult. Could maybe use just a fraction more balance. But I definitely enjoyed it, and thought you did a great job. Well done!

@madewink Thanks for playing! I definitely made the spikes way too tough, I've heard that from some players.

@vesper Thanks for playing! A volume control would have been a great idea, you're right. I'll keep it in mind for next year. I'm glad you enjoyed the humor!

Interesting mechanics and theme, reminds me of the old-school games Lemmings and Worms! I felt that the dialogue sections lasted a bit too long, and I suggest making a larger dialogue box to fit in more text rather than short text that you have to click through constantly. Other than that, solid work! Well done.
