Tell me that was a design choice and not a mistake!\n\nAnyway, there's really only one thing missing here, which is either a bug kill counter or a survival timer. The latter would make more sense in this case given the theme. Talking of the theme, a tank is an \"it\" I guess, yet a wave shooter is not a new idea. \n\nFor a first jam, of course, you don't need a new idea. What you need is something *doable* and you *did do* just that, a *doable* design which you then *do-done-did*. In fact, it's actually quite good! Just a few tips for you:\n\n1 - Focus a bit more on the UI, add a score counter and make the health indicator more obvious\n2 - Audio can make a game much better. Add some \"pew\" and some \"splat\"\n3 - Particle systems can make a game look much better.\n4 - Figure out a system which allows you to aim well or an aiming indicator\n5 - MUSIC! I didn't add music into my first game, but it really can make a game more engaging.\n6 - Work on the main menu. Maybe add something about controls or something.\n\nThings you did well:\n\n1 - The combat loop worked well\n2 - There was an actual way to quit\n3 - Movement worked well, the enemy AI was fine\n4 - Nice graphics and Minimalist design\n5 - It was a nice and challenging game\n\nIn all, this is a fantastic first attempt at a game, particularly for unity.
