Nice little game!

A fun gameplay with controls that feel nice!

The music and sound effetcs are good (and the music is relaxing uwu)

The spritework is pretty good (although I would say that the textures you used for the map, grass sand and all, could use some more work, they look good but could look better uwu I can't really tell exactly what kind of bother me with it though D: But even so, it still looks fine, I'm being a bit nitpicky! :p)

A small tweak that you could make would be that when shooting using the left click, the player should shoot towards the mouse cursor I think, but that's my opinion uwu

Overall, that's a solid game, and I had a good time playing it!

Cool, game. It feels quite finished and polished for a LD game.

Nice little game. Liked the graphics and lightning effects. Bit hard though, the sun potions/water bottles seemed a little bit too weak. But overall nice, I also liked the audio, pretty charming :)

Pretty cool game, The visuals are in my opinion amazing because of my low standards, It played fairly well and enemies arent really a threat, they just stun you and you can still shoot while stuned wich i found funny, I found that the lasers you fire are fired in the direction of the robot instead of your cursor wich i found kinda frustrating, also the hit boxes are a bit strange, a laser went trough the enemy and another one i fired the same way except it hit the enemy, the music i found a bit repetitive but it was pretty cool, Overall a pretty fun game, i liked it, and to think that you made this in 3 days kinda suprises me, once again because of my low standards.

The main character is cute. The ground textures were a bit repetitive though, kind of hypnotic in a weird way. I really like how the monsters just stun you instead of killing you, it keeps things focused on the main point of the game.

animations are great! also it's EXTREMELY optimized, it worded on a 1GB core2duo 2008 laptop so i don't think that it gets better than that, pretty fun overall

Interesting concept, and yes, relaxing music.
Graphic need more work but it does the work (nice tree though)
Controls are a bit hard, getting stuck on obstacle, shooting is not what I'll easy to do... wish it was mouse aimed...
For a first entry (and alon) that's not bad :p

Nice game it was really fun. The only thing for me was that you couldn't kill those skulls that followed you around. Other than that it was awesome.

Nice game, cool animation. I think shooting is not a needed mechanic, I didn't notice anything important in this mechanic

Fun game, pretty good music. I think perhaps being able to hold multiple resource cannisters at a time could incentivise taking risks or something... IDK. Overall, quite a good time.

nice idea. would be cool to aim and shoot with the mouse so you can stun baddies behind you. without it it is near impossible to stun them and move around! also, a slightly sharper turn radius.

I loved the music. relaxing and non stressful

Heya! Played it on stream (twitch.tv/thevinter) so you can check the vod. Cute game, hitboxes feel a bit weird also the shooting is not very easy to use and direct at the enemies. Also would try to balance it a bit more, but overall nice job!

Great game kept my tree alive for 149 seconds. Would have liked spacebar to shoot as I sucked at moving and using mouse button.

A really cute idea that suits the theme very well! The core mechanic is simple to grasp which makes it easy to jump right in. However, I felt that the game lacked any kind of progression or incentive to work harder. The tree's health declined at a slow enough rate that it was fairly easy to prop back up. I also think there may have been a bug with the shooting, as it didn't kill the skulls and sometimes went straight through them, although the skulls themselves didn't seem to do anything so it may not have been necessary to shoot at all. A good start, but definitely needs some improvement.

Nice one! Simple and well executed. I liked the graphics, though I had trouble telling which things were walls and which were backgrounds so I kept walking into them. I also wasn't a fan of how the sun/water pickups became solid when you were already carrying one. I understand not being able pick up multiple, but having something that is normally good suddenly turn into an obstacle with no explanation was a bit jarring.
