Simple but nice graphics! Gave me oldschool Final Fantasy vibes. Gameplay was only spamming enter, so it might have used some more polish.

Haha! This game had a lot of content for being developed in such a short time. Here are my notes:

**Things I Liked**
- interesting idea, I felt like playing Pokemon
- gorgeous pixel-art for all the Sprites
- scratches the itch for those who like more grindy games (like myself)

**Things that could be improved**
- game would have much better atmosphere with some background music and combat sound effects
- I felt that you were in time pressure and couldn't make nice combat UI
- more interactions during combat, maybe more abilites

Overall interesting game!

The pixel art is great! Even tough I wish there were the music and the sounds (I understand perfectly the lack of time for them) it was very fun to play. The game was able to keep me until the end, good job!

Interesting idea for the theme! I wasn't sure what was the game mechanic at first and combat was bit simple (more mechanics and some animations) and maybe could've been a bit quicker. However, I love the sprites!

Pretty cool game, a bit simple but it wasn't bad. I think one big improvement would be if you could spam click to speed up dialogue. Good game though!

Well done. I would've like to see more polish like others have said but you made this thing by yourself in just a couple days. Be proud!

Hey there! I liked how simple everything was, and I think you did a good job for the time we had. I think that the battle system you made is pretty solid, but I do think it could be beneficial to show the player what gets increased when they level up, or maybe even have the players health bar increase in size. I also think you could have the left click of the mouse start the battle as well as the enter key. Also, maybe you could give each of the companions different kinds of attacks, lick Scratch, pound, our dropkick, or even karate chop. I think you did a great job! Good Work!

I have the same views as Saviqq. The pixel art is great, the concept feels original and entertaining (pokemon but for monsters), and I don't mind the grinding. But the combat itself is pretty tiresome; it could use some sounds, some movement, and a clearer indication of what's happening (damage amounts popping above heads maybe).

It would be nice at to have at least something else to do than click one button all the time. Some feedback about what you're about to fight also. Otherwise, I was impressed by the graphics. I didn't hear any sound, though, was there supposed to be?

Nice game! I liked the pixel art. I think that it could be better if there were more options in battle and if the enemies moved or popped up at random.

I'm always impressed by games with so much content for a one-person 48h jam ! The visuals are good, and I think it would be worth it to spend a couple hours to create a simple background music. Would help a lot with the mood !

I had fun with your game, nice job!
