I couldn't find the planting square first, so I restarted the game and then it was there.. One implementation you may have been able to get done quickly would simply be removing all of the trees that are already there and making them all plots. Would have been nice to see some more to do other than plant one tree and walk around, BUT making a 3d game that looks this good and works this effectively in GameMaker is quite an accomplishment. I expect it would have been quite interesting and relaxing to play if it was possible to plant more trees. I would suggest making them saplings first. Then you run around and plant a whole pile, then sit back and crank the time of day to watch them grow. Anyhoo - showed promise.
