made by noerom for Ludum Dare 47 (JAM)

We are students from IIM (fr) we're juste here to have some fun :)

Why did we developed this game ?

Murphy's escape was developed during the Ludum Dare. The theme for the Ludum Dare 47 was "Stuck in a loop."

The game is base on the law of murphy who says "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong". Our player is stuck inside this loop and desperately try to escape it. Will you be able to escape it yourself?

A nice little platformer! The changing level structure is definitely the highlight here, and how it forces you to try different routes. Some music and sounds would've been great!
Also, I think you should mention that it's also possible to play the game using the arrow keys, as people with qwerty or qwertz layout keyboards will struggle a lot with the controls you describe (see comment above ^^)
I enjoyed playing this and escaping the loop, good job overall!

The platforming physics are a bit weird (it seems like you keep momentum after hitting a wall). Needs audio!
