This is pretty neat! I really enjoy Go, so I'm always happy to try a board game experiment like this. I think this could translate pretty well to something physical, with low tiles and high walls running between pegs. Track health with dice maybe? One major difference between this and Go is that you really seem to suffer if you spread out your blobs. I like how cutting impacts enemy blob health and how dead areas actually block out the space, so the game tends towards a conclusion over time. I'd have to play a couple more times to really understand the strategies here, which is a good sign!
