made by Keravon for Ludum Dare 46 (JAM)

A game made in the span of 72 hours for Ludum Dare game jam 46.

click on stuff and you will win! I guarantee it XD ( or crash the game LOL)

Rules: It's a two-person game, so in this version, you're playing against the AI. You're player 1, and the AI is player 2. You're trying to fill your cart with supplies to feed your family. There are six decks of cards, each for a different category. - You choose a category, and four cards are dealt. - You click on one. It'll turn over, and you choose whether to keep it or not.
- The left number represent the time you will survive choosing that product. The the right number represents the amount of space it takes up in your cart. - If you don't keep the one you selected, you can take a different card. The objective of the game is to shop for the best products that will keep you alive the longest while preserving your cart space.

Note from the programmer: It's still super buggy and doesn't run quite right, but as a first time programmer on a game jam and never having done a card game before I'm quite happy with it.

If I end up with a higher score than the other guy, then I get to live for even longer because I'm definitely going to eat that corpse. Fun game, digging the soundtrack! Well done guys <3

Nice take on the c*-related shopping frenzy, and the idea to do this as a card game is fresh too! Well done for a first entry!

Really well done and unique. Produce is a bit overpowered. I feel like the meats and breads should give you a lot more days of survival. They may not be healthier, but they definitely keep longer and feed more. But those are really small nitpicks. It's a fun game overall.

It's obviously a bit buggy, but as someone who used to use Gamemaker myself I definitely acknowledge the effort that must have gone into all the UI and sequencing! Also the graphics work well together, and the sountrack is very memorable :D

I always find card games pretty interesting. I don't think it was intentional that you could look at all the cards before choosing - or that you could press "keep" on two items at the same time, but if these were fixed I could see this game being even better. Very cool though!

I like the idea of this card game! As you're aware, it's pretty buggy (when I won, I had to force-close the game because the message box wouldn't go away), but the audio was nice and the graphics were alright. Would have loved some tutorial or something in-game to explain how to play, but overall good job!

It's nice how you included a single player mode, I like the soundtrack and I like the coin flip at the start. The game feels. At the end of the game there's a bug where a "you win" message comes up and it just stays there.

The soundtrack is pretty catchy! Card games can be ambitious for short jams, it's tough to come up with one that's both compelling and balanced. Good effort!
