Really good! Scratching is really, really fun. The music tracks included are really good on their own while still leaving space for experimentation. The game hands you a good variety of tools to use and lets you go right to the fun aspect of it. Reminded me a lot of DJ Hero, a game I'm a really fan of too.
Not having a VR headset didn't stop me from liking this at all.

Really like the concept of keep the 'jam' alive haha. I couldn't really control the mouse/view as it was super sensitive and moved around a lot, though I really wanted to get into it :P. Great idea!

Quite interesting theme interpretation, actually rate about 30 games, and it's first one with party) And thats soo cool that you manage to make vr game in 3 days, give you extra point in mood, cuz I pretty sure that VR version more fun that web

Thanks everyone for the comments

@dugas I'm glad you liked the scratching because I tought it was the weakest component (I spend some time on it but I didn't like how it felt). I would like to add more tools later if I keep developing it.

@orsi Thanks for playing, the desktop controls got added on monday while I was having my launch break so they are not that great.

@team-on Thanks. I started on sunday so actually it took 2 days (And a lot of effort).

@spyranteros Thanks for playing. I develop it thinking about VR so it works better in that platform, I hope you can try it in VR someday :D

This was actually much more fun than I expected it to be!!
Gonna be honest, took me a while to understand I should press the buttons when he asked me to... I was having too much fun making my own random beat hahahahaha
Wish I could try for VR!
Great job!

It took a while to understand what to do, so a tutorial would be great.

The game was very sensitive when looking around using a computer mouse. Overall, it was enjoyable messing around with the music and clicking the buttons, but the sensitivity made it much more difficult. The graphics of the partiers are great and their dance moves are fantastic, I wish I could dance like that. :)

i think it's a great idea for a vr game! also very in synch with the 'keep it alive' theme, and clever choice for vr since the main character doesn't need to walk, run, jump etc.. pretty cool!

This game looks like it's pretty fun in VR! Wish I still had my headset. The art style fits the game's mood perfectly.

This is a very nice concept! pretty fun to play. It was a bit hard to tell which button i was supposed to push or what slider i had to slide but i think that might be because i'm not playing it in vr :( . I felt like the notes didn't really fit the beat as a would expect from a rythm game and it felt a little slow that's but very fixable. Other than that super cool! nice job!

LOL this is creative take, I find it hillarious that people start dancing even though the volume is still 0, damn good entry!

I gave this game a near perfect rating. I was able to try it in VR (way better than on web) and the potential in a full-fledged game like this is super high. Thoroughly enjoyed playing this game. Excellent work!

Being a dj is fun :) I'd like to see a bit lower mouse sensitive (it was really hard to play on Macbook's touchpad). Thanks for the game. Wish you the best of luck :)

it would be nice to see you take this further with your own assets!

Super fun to scratch the records haha, also to SLAM the fader from one track to another, if the goal here was just to capture that DJ feeling, you nailed it. Tried to get a screenshot of the crowd loving my mix, butit turns out I am not very good at this and they did not love my mix. Whatever clowns, my music feels good to ME!!!

I really like the idea, that could be a nice game to play in the future. But the controls are super sensitive what mess with the game. Overall, good game, good graphics, just need to
fix the controls :)

First I played the web version, but I couldn't really get the timings right, then I did put on my Oculus Rift and oh boi, this was a really nice experience. I love the gameplay idea and it pulled me in very fast. I think I made the ladies and gents party for around 15 minutes, then I stopped, because it was repetitive after all.

Some caveats, I have:
- The scratching indicator wasn't very clear to me, should I scratch the whole while the capsule rides through the disk?
- One needed to put the volume of the left track to maximum volume, and this was too loud, the song was clipping.
- As I mentioned afore, after some time the game was repetitive. But for a jam game, it was still very much content.
- Pressing the trigger button to interact with the buttons was a little bit strange. Would've been nice if they just triggered on touch. Also moving the sliders would've been better with the grab button. But this varies depending on the used headset and controllers, I guess.

I had very much fun with the game, partying and dancing with the crowd. I think, if you flesh this game out more and implement more content, it could get really popular amongst VR players. Good job!
