It was a little difficult to tell where the enemy projectiles were, and how the game relates to the theme based soly on the product alone. The text faded away way to quickly which is why that may be the case. Also, it would have been really cool if killing the enemies and taking care of the baby were some how linked. I didn't know which was my health meter, why my ninja stars couldn't hit red guys that were throwing stars that hit me, etc. I picked the left-most level since I thought that was the beginning, and it seemed to throw me into a lot of things at once.
