When it flipped upside down, I cracked up! Hilarious concept. I feel like there's a half-second delay between when I press the left/right key and when the object moves. Wonder what's causing that input lag?

@binroot the left and right arrows launch the loo when you release them. I was going to implement a sort of charge up mechanic depending on how long you held the arrows, but I ran out of time. probably should have changed it to launch on press instead.

Funniest game I've played so far! Love the idea. The controls felt nice and heavy to me - like you were really pushing a portaloo from side to side! Great stuff!

Fun and funny game. ~~Not all that much depth going on in the gameplay, but it is well executed.~~ Well then, went back to it a second time and realized that the movement is completely different when using arrows vs WASD. That adds a lot to the interestingness of the dodges as suddenly I have an option to get out from under some of the pinecones right above me. How interesting. The art is very well done, and the sounds go well with the gameplay. All that and a hilarious take on the theme makes a great entry. Well done!

I read the title of the game, I read the description. My reaction was "wat?" until I realized what you were going for. Do'h! Hilarious take on the theme. It was good fun. I wish there was a time counter or something to let me know how well I did. My favorite thing about the game is flipping the loo over. Somehow, it is satisfying and plays really well.

This one made me laugh. Excellent interpretation of the theme. Game feel was on point, with a consistent quality. Using a combo of WASD and arrow keys yielded some hilarious maneuvers. Good shit!

Ahahah such a great twist on the theme, genius! Very funny and clever. Mechanically, as others have said, it felt so accurate. The 'shuffle' from side to side like a person in a loo. So good!
Something I'd consider adding would be a running score, high score across all your runs, or even an online leaderboard would be awesome for something like this.
Nice work! Great entry!

Hilarious game! Funny controls and animations, it's so satisfying to flip the loo. Graphics are nice and sound effects are on point! My only advice is to show commands in game. At first I didn't read them on the itch.io page and I was missing half the fun.

Finally someone who really understands the theme. Loved the balancing between the pretty pathetic a-d movement and the overcompensating dashes

After seeing many many games based around circular loops, this was a very refreshing twist! It did make me laugh as a concept, and the graphics are looking great. Well done!

Brilliant take on the theme, and hilariously executed! Some kind of simple score keeping is all that's stopping me from playing this for hours!

Stuck In a Loo was probably the funniest game I played this jam, so I thought I'd feature it in my favourite compo games from LD47!

Very funny idea. Completely crazy. A character stuck in the loo! It's a very simple classical game but very well made. The control is very neat, and I like the two way to move the loo, and the fact that it can fall down with the dash.
