Player,

You are the best extraction specialist there is. Our ambassador has been kidnapped and is being held in a warehouse on the edge of town. We need to get them back in one piece.

We have strict orders to be discreet. We've done the easy part and hacked into the warehouse's camera system for you. Now we need you to use your skills to guide the ambassador out to safety.

Keep. Them. Alive.

yoooh the mood was insane i feel like i was playing as solid snake or sam fisher haha the voice acting is impressive and layered with the sound. the only problem i had was it was quite hard in the beginning but once you get gud at it, it was fun. Great job guys :) Congratulations

This was cool but way too short. I like the suspenseful mood. I would _love_ to see this expanded and made longer.

Yoo, I loved the voice acting and background track for this game. It really added to the game's suspense and sense of danger. The art assets are also simple yet really well done for having such a short time period to work. While the player does sometimes spazz out when reaching a certain tile, I found the whole game itself to be really enjoyable and fun. I can easily see this becoming a much bigger and more fleshed out project if you decide to keep working on this game. Great work!

@wubbaduck Yea it is shorter than I wanted it to be. The game was a hard pivot Sunday morning so I had a lot less time to work on it. I'm going to continue to work on it so check back!

@saltfactory-studio The voice acting is my favorite part also. This was my first time drawing my own art for a game so I'm glad you liked the style. I intend to continue to work on this game. Check back soon - thanks for playing!

This is awesome! The audio and voice over are mind blowing, it sets the mood and tension right up where it should be. The gameplay is well execute, quite hard and bit buggy sometime when you get spotted by the guards but man this is excellent work. 10 out of 5 if I could give more :)

Cool stealthy game! nice mechanics. I guess you'd probably want to change the name of the game if you decided to persue it further :D

Awesome game! I really like the voice acting, that is really well done and adds a lot to the game I think. Controls and game are easy to understand and I like the suspense throughout the game . Solid entry!

@sydream I appreciate the review - more levels coming soon!

@jasonsumm1 Yea I named the game right before I submitted - would 100% have to change it in the future. Thanks for playing!

@noxalus Thanks for the comment - glad you enjoyed the music :smile:

@thomz12 Yea I was going for a suspenseful mood so I'm glad it came across. Thanks for giving the game a try!

Easy to understand and fun to play, with some really good music; It would be cool if the enemies had a little light or indicator around them when you're spotted so you know which one spotted you in the dark.

You did a good job.

Not bad at all! I was surprised after level 2 that it was the end, but fair enough there wasn't a lot of time to make more content, its a problem i ran into as well. It would've nice if the clicking on the cameras moved my point of view instead of illuminating the area around the camera, but hey, nice game overall.

Very cool idea and well executedm with a banger soundtrack. I have one little nitpick though, it would have been nice to have switching cameras on a different button than movement. Happened to me quite a few times that I'd try to switch camera and run straight into a guard.

I liked the idea of having a short level to introduce the mechanics and then after that, the real big one. I thought the game was genuinely really fun! The only issue I had was that the area that you could see was so small, that agents offscreen could catch you and there was nothing to be done about it.

It was really nice playing it! Remembered some missions in Metal Gear Solid, which is always a good thing, specially liked the music.

@rexgame Thanks for playing!

@blue-pin-studio yea I would have loved to make more levels but I started this game Sunday morning so didn't have much time. I really like the idea of moving the pov - thanks for sharing!

@tomathor That is good feedback - I'll take it into account when I continue to work on the game. Thanks for giving the game a try!

@kimist42 Thanks!

@invixel Yea the radius of the agents do need to be tweaked. Thanks for the feedback!

@guilherme-oliveira Glad you enjoyed!

Nice game. I get caught in the mood of the game since it starts. Good graphics, good audio. Maybe it should be a better idea to control your character with ZQSD and keep cameras on mouse click. Good work overall !

The mood created by the music and voice acting was great. I liked the level design and the way you carried out the theme. Some kind of indicator that shows an enemy's line of sight might make the game more fair.

It was a pretty difficult game, but nothing about it was frustrating. Changing cameras and pathfinding the guy through the level all worked exactly as you would expect. Well done!

Quite hard but quite fun! A slower increase in difficulty would be greatly appreciated. Good audio and good gameplay. I liked the click and move aspect and the way you interacted with the cameras. Good game!

I love the music and artwork! It's really nice to see a stealth game represented so well! A little difficult, but those are my favorite games! :smile:

Pretty cool game with a little bit of a plot to make it more immersive. The mechanics worked well, however it wasn't obvious to me at first I could click on the security cameras to show the surrounding area.

I think the pathfinding mechanic is both good and bad, it makes the game a bit more challenging because it removes the ability to quickly react if you have been spotted and move to a cover spot. I think I would have preferred regular ASWD movement but I think you pulled it off quite well so not a major issue for me.

Good job on adding voice acting too, that is always fun.

That's a really great entry! The idea of leading someone safely out instead of directly controlling them is fantastic, and you've executed it pretty damn well. Other commenters are right, I can definitely feel some Metal Gear Solid vibes; though the game doesn't blindly imitate MGS and works on it's own. The artstyle is great, the music (and voice acting!) are awesome.

If there is one thing I'd change, it is the way camera works. Currently, the camera constantly follows the ambassador. I'd change it so your game camera is focused on the in-world camera you are currently controlling. I'd even go as far as allow the player to lose the ambassador from their field of view (well, maybe leave something like an arrow pointing in the ambassador's direction). This would allow the player to scout ahead before leading their protectee to safety. Right now there are places where that is difficult - on the second level, after you evade the first guard and move upwards, you can't really see whats up ahead, and it's a straight corridor directly towards a guard. It's impossible to evade him when playing for the first time. After you've learned he's there, you know to hide behind the boxes and wait for him to pass. The first time I've played this, I hid there just to be sure, but the guard never came down (do I need to move far enough to trigger his movement, or was that just a bug?).

Overall it's a fantastic entry, I really wish there was more of it! It might be short, but I had a lot of fun playing it. ;)

The voice acting to guide the player was nice - it fitted the game but also helped you introduce the objective of the game to the player. Felt like it could have been a bit longer or had more mechanics, but an interesting take on controlling the cameras and being the "intel" in someones ear.
