but the sound is extremely loud and it's very likely that someone sensitive would have epilepsy, I jump scared a lot of times because I didn't understood what was going on, and the mouse sensibility it's very high. 6/10
Potential for a VR game here!
due to popular demand, we uploaded a patched version with volume settings. the game now launches at 50% volume, and you can adjust this with `[` and `]`.

However, the special effects and sounds of shooting and hitting are by far the best part of this game. Hitting the enemy feels so good! And getting hit is very impactful as well. It's all in probably no more than a second yet you can feel everything happening. Loved it! I feel like playing it over and over again.
The only thing I was missing was background music.
I do really love the art style though! Gave me a lot of retro vibes! I also feel that the concept is very unique and have a lot of potential! Great work!
It gets a bit annoying getting back to the first enemy after dying on later ones, and I never quite grasped how many shots I could withstand and why I sometimes fell down and sometimes restarted.
But I definitely had fun. Enemy movement is nice, their offense is brutal if you just stand and fire, and that forces you to use the movement system. The chunk-steps of movement are an interesting twist, and it's cool how you fall down if you try to bust a flurry of moves out.
Lots of nice touches here, well done! Oh - almost forgot, I really appreciated the sensitivity setting.
have nothing more to say than this haha good work
i like everything: graphics, sound, fallings ...
It took me a bit to get used to the steps mechanics (at first I fell off for a while) but once I got the hang of it, it was entertaining to fight in this focused 'one-dimensional-aiming' style of shooter.
