Critical Freight by Nathan Wiles
Defend a very important piece of freight from a barrage of hacked robots.
NOTE: Most can play the game fine, but I'm getting reports of crashes on some systems. If this happens to you, any feedback on what you were doing in game when it crashed would be very helpful!
Controls: Mouse - Look around Left Click - Fire weapon WASD - Walk around. E - Activate objects.

Impressive submission!
The dialogues felt absolutely authentic and gameplay was challenging.
The bot shadows on the wall helped me out a bit - I guess something like a minimap with radar would help keeping up.
Clean game mechanics - she's got a nice rig ;)
Thumbs up!
@tengii they were inspired by what I figured I could mock up in ten minutes with ProBuilder, lol, but yes I think subconsciously I was pulling from a desire to shoot at Claptrap. There's actually a reference to him in the dialog after you get the gun.
@pilarius I would have loved to have, but I ran into a game-breaking bug in the WebGL build which couldn't be fixed in time. It had to do with raycasts not registering, which is apparently a known issue.
If you want to know the timestamp of when your game was played you can see it in this spreadsheet:

And then look in my latest videos and find your game being play (after the current stream ends)

Perhaps adding a sprint and jump would make it more fun to play. As it stands it's kind of slow to get around.
I tried again, and whilst I really like your tutorial, it's a bit slow to come back to. I finally beat it, and gosh darn did it feel rewarding. There really is so much to think about, and it's completely manageable. And then right at the end, it's a perfect amount of stress and a perfectly timed ending, super cathartic stuff. It took quite a few tries, due to crashes and the difficulty of it, but beating it was *worth it*. Nice audio, and the graphics were good too. It's a brilliantly designed game, congrats!
