I didn't find more than 2 keys in level 3 and can't get out :/
Put an exit button on the main menu when the game is in fullscreen will be better I think.

It's a good use of 3D movement and controls. I completed level 1.

Kind of works in Linux with Wine, but no text was rendered (I assume there was text) so it may not really be compatible with Wine. The keys are a bit hard to find because you can only see not very far in front of yourself in the pool. Seems getting close to the key is enough to collect it, and touching the red door in the ceiling with enough keys lets you out apparently. The music is eerie, and makes it scarier as the turtles and crabs chase you. Good work!

Wow that was stressful. I liked the awkward blurry fog, the 2sec loop and the enemies, giving a cohesive universe and tone for the game. However the challenge of finding the keys in these huge spaces was a bit repetitive and I didn't feel that increasing the enemy count over the levels was making it harder or more interesting. I would like a bit more level design and enemy types !

Nice underwater effect!

I like the idea but I think there is a few problems in this game.
Levels are simple rectangles, try other shapes and obstacles. You don't know how many keys you need to escape and finding them could be funnier if they weren't only hidden by the view distance. Animals chasing us are not really a threat, I wasn't stressed by them following me.
Being stuck in a pool (loop) was a good idea, I think there could be more to do with ;)

@burnedkirby Thanks for playing, There was text, but it was mostly instructions, so you weren't really missing out on anything. I'm glad you enjoyed :)

@hoolop Thanks for playing my game. I know there are a lot of things missing and that could be done better. This was my second game jam so I didnt want to overscope. Thanks for the feedback, I will make sure to fix this thing if I decide to turn it into a full game

I didn't want to escape from the pool, to be honest. I was having a nice time in the pool. Good little package, really impressive for a weekend gamejam. Well done.

Loved the underwater effect: hat you really just couldn't see far enough.
and oh boy it sure was has hectic, you really managed to make a horror game with characters too cute :D

the music, although fit the theme "stuck in a loop", could have maybe be looped a bit better, there is that little annoying "click" sound after every loop, but otherwise it worked well with the player swimming around in fear.

also the graphics on the gameover- and win- screens seem a bit out of place, but not that big of a problem really.

But other than that it was pretty fun to play -to be chased by a turtle! Great work!

@kultisti glad you enjoyed. I noticed clickin after posting and didn't have time to fix it. I know wictory and death screens are weird, i didn't have enough time to make proper ones.

Too nervous game as for me, even if you said in the description that it is relaxing. I tried one level, completed it and didn't try more.

Sorry to say it, but the music is annoying, so I turned my speakers off. I think you should know that.

I like the visuals. They are simple yet works just fine.

Overall, I like the first impression of the game it feels somehow experimental if I may say so. Nice entry!

@thebugger I know that what I've said may sounds harsh, but I just want to give you my point of you, honest one, because I stumbled upon your game and played it. I know that the 3d is much difficult and you made it solo. That is already is a big deal. Not everyone can do it! I hope you gained a lot making it and continue your gamedev journey.

I loved the little animals, they were simple yet cute. The bubble effect was nice and the title screen was good (better than just a still image, and the player is immediately immersed in water), although I would change the color of some of the texts to make it pop a little more from the background.
If you are going for a relaxed atmosphere I would use a slower melody (then again I'm no music expert at all, so that's just my two cents).
Keep it up :)

I came for the pun . Really well done especially if it was your first game in 3D :o

I must say, this game is really stressful. Maybe it's just the music, but it made me feel like a psycho, so bonus points for mood I guess .

I wish the game told me how many keys I got left and also warn me somehow before I drown - although I'm not sure if I drowned or something killed me anyway.

It was nice for your first completed 3D game though.

Definitely a stressful game. Great use of 3D, love the graphics. I think with some tweaking you could find a fine line between what the player can and can't see because the pop-in was a bit jarring at times. But it captures a very unique experience and I enjoyed playing it!

@mvasko2 Thanks for playing. There was no limit on how much time you could spend underwater. I forgot to tell the player that he needs to collect 3 keys.

Not a bad game. The musical loop did get a little annoying after a while but I did like how cool the animals looked. I think with some modest improvements this could be a pretty good game. Great job on the atmosphere as well and good job on finishing this game!

Interesting implementation of the theme.
The game is interesting, but I was scared when I tried to pick up the key and a turtle suddenly flew into me at high speed.
