Keep the party alive from midnight 'til five!

All your friends are heading over to your place and it's your job to maintain the life of the party by cleaning up, refilling snacks, taking drinks, hitting the dance floor and participating in some light gambling.

If you let too many empties pile up or let the stereo be on the fritz for too long, it'll kill the life of the party! Make sure to be a good host.

You used the theme really well here. The game is very hectic and I like that, but the player controls a bit too much like they're on ice or something.

This was really fun to play, it took me a while to get on top of all the things I needed to do though! The music is still stuck in my head!

Really love this game, it's styled and put together so well! Do agree with the character being hard to control, but I actually found how hectic the game was to be a little much. Had some trouble remembering the all the things I needed to keep track of (and not in a fun/challenging way). If the player was given some reminders I think it may help keep you from feeling lost.

I really liked the idea. The art is really well polish. I felt I was playing an old standup arcade game! It took me a while to get the hang of. I agree, it would be better if you had some notifications when things needed to be taken care of. Good job!

LOVE the dance floor idea. All of it is a great idea, actually! I do feel like there is too much to keep track of and do. Not sure if the best solution would be multiple levels slowly introdicing new things to keep track of, or meters for the things, or what. But what you've got here is super impressive and challenging!

Gonna agree with some others here that the dance floor was my favorite part! Love the use of the theme here. Great game!

very good idea ! and music and graph work as well, but i'm so terrifying to
leave a guest aside, it's to big i think, maybe reduce the level to one room or two, idon't know.. ah ! and the controls are a bit "sliding", it not simple to move for me ^^é, but great ! fun game !

Fun idea !

Nice retro gaming style. The music give a perfect party atmosphere.

It's difficult to know which tasks are more important to keep the party alive.
I would appreciate indication like "Your guests are hungry" or "No one on the dancefloor". BTW, I love the dancefloor minigame.

Great job !

Great game. I loved how chaotic everything felt, I feel that many things brought the party mood up too quickly, like I never used the dice, dance floor or changed the volume, only filled chips, picked up rubbish and took every drink and made it though. But other than that, wonderful game.

I gotta be honest: I spent most of my time dancing on the dance floor. I feel like that's where I excel at keeping the party alive, but maybe it wasn't smart to spend so much time there

I appreciate the simple but well executed art style and the faithful interpretation of the theme!

Really good entry!

I really liked it. Great theme execution, has me captivated and focused, and the music is an earworm. Even the artstyle is clear and does what it's needed. I guess it's just a tad difficult for me since I'vn't been able to beat it but I'll try a couple more times.

Never mind I beat it lol. Oh, and I'm fine with the notification below, I just wish the text was a bit faster

Really fun game! I loved the dance minigame a lot! However, I was stuck in this minigame (couldn't go outside of the dancefloor) and not sure if I missed something, so I restarted the game to enjoy the other things.
Also I didn't notice the text at first!
Otherwise, great game overall, and a really good take on the theme :)

Everything was going pretty well until I started dancing, and that seemed to bring the party down. So realistic!
Then here I was running around, trying to make everybody feel at home, when suddenly, pissed as hell I got stuck inside a wall and _then_ the party died. Well, I wish I could say this never happened to me in real life.

The idea seems like quite some fun! I like the dancing mini-game :) I just can't really play the game. The character moves waaaaay too fast. So fast that physics can't keep up and I end up running through walls. If the speed is uninentional I think you forgot to multiply by deltaTime. If it is intentional you should at least activate continuos collision detection for the player so you won't glitch through the walls.
But I think the idea of the game is promising :)

I liked all the different things you can do to manage the party. The movement feels a bit slidey to me though. I wasn't sure if I was drinking with other people, I guess you just need to press z? I liked the music. Nice job!

Flying around the party knocking people out of my way while carrying empty cans and bags of chips was pretty funny. The dice were still definitely the easiest way to "win", heh. Good job!
