made by Temulgeh for Ludum Dare 47 (COMPO)

Here's the game I made for Ludum Dare 47!

Of course, there are only a few levels since I didn't have a lot of time, some of the assets are.. questionable, all of the sound is missing and I didn't get to add some cool things like screenshake. But I'm still proud of it! I had forgotten about Ludum Dare until the first day's morning and I didn't want to miss it this time, so I gave everything I had into this little game, hope you enjoy it!

NOTE: If you'd like a version where you can restart the game, for speedrunning for example, click on the source code link. It contains a modified version where you can go back to the first screen by pressing Ctrl + R. I wasn't sure if I'm allowed to add this feature to my submission so I did this instead.

Beautiful and great fun. I like the 2 ways the theme is present in your game. Did I mention beautiful - the sprites and animations in this game are glorious! Great job.

> there are only a few levels

You're right the game is only lacking more levels.

It's simple, neat and fun. I can see that it'll benefit a lot from some sound effects.

Lovely little game! It's a pity that the sound is missing though, but I know how it works when you are a single dev with a long TODO list and only a couple of days :D

Although the game is short, I liked the mechanics. It's really good gameplay-wise

This is a really promising idea, I felt guilty every time I let that little guy fall into lava... which was too many times :D

Good stuff. I just want more. More levels, and some sound. The spin mechanic feels really good.

I love this! It's a great concept that I really think you could expand upon and make a bigger game out of. Add some cool music and sound effects for the spin (I suggest this https://youtu.be/cerkDJLuT_k just kidding) and it'll be even better. Got Zelda vibes from this - awesome job.

I really enjoyed this. I liked the fact that the things that stop you dying are the enemies. Keep working on it, it has promise!

Would definitely be nice to have to music, and sfx. I noticed in one of the rooms it's possible to both die and continue to the next room at the same time by spinning onto the lava and landing on the door simultaneously. Would be great to see what some more mechanics/environmental obstacles as well as more levels could bring to the idea.

Great little entry! I know you said you struggled for time to implement sound and fx, but to help improve your page, you could add some screenshots and also let people know that its a web version, i think more people would be willing to try it!

You say that the asset quality is questionable, but I thought they were pretty good. Reminds me of some GBA games.

Shame that there's no audio. Some SFX would make this so much better :(

Neat game with good presentation. It could indeed use a few more levels as already mentioned

Very nice concept. I like the simplicity of the pixel art and the control is clean. Of course, there's work to do to improve it, but for a Jam it's already a good base. The concept of breaking the loop while stubbing the blue ennemies is working well. If you keep working on it I think you would be able to make a very cute little game.
