Keepin' It Charged by kubs
A challenging platformer, where your main goal is to keep the game "alive" and survive until the very end.

Post LD Update
Version 1.2 Changelog: - Added Android port! (It's like 10x harder than on PC but I was able to finish it with 55 deaths, also if you have USB OTG then you can use controllers on Android too!) - Added touch controls (So now you should be able to play on Windows tablets, Left screen side to walk, tap on right screen side to jump) - Added controller support (It's way easier than on keyboard, Left analog stick for walking, X,Y,A,B to jump, Start, Select to pause) - Added loading screen (So it won't act like something broke on slower devices) - You can use jump button to start and restart the game
Version 1.1 Changelog: - Probably the most requested thing: You can now jump using "Spacebar" or "C" :-) - Added ability to pause the game (Use "ESC" or "P" to pause) - Music in the menu doesn't reset when switching scenes - Fixed length of the doors in some levels - Probably fixed a rare bug where Player could fall out from the world - Fixed bug when sometimes the camera didn't change position when going to a new level - Few difficulty tweaks

I can definitely see why you call it a challenging platformer, I think you've got the feeling down of that "just one more try" platformer with very tight controls and solid mechanics. It took me a while to get wall jumping down but I can see why it's such a big part of the tutorial given how important it is.
One note - the menu music restarts when I go between settings and the main menu - I think it'd be better if it kept playing.
Grats on finishing the game jam!
One thing - why jump is not on space instead of "C" key? It would be more comfortable
 Only thing... The walljump detection felt a bit weird. [Maybe do what Celeste does and allow wall jump at a short distance from a wall?](https://twitter.com/MattThorson/status/1238338583297028099)
It's not really intuitive in comparison to other similar games on market, especially when it comes to the wall jump.
Having said that, I am aware that getting movement right in such kind of games is VERY hard, so it's understandable that you couldn't make it perfect in time.
Still, the game is very much playable, but I simply found it too hard.
I've reached the section where there's green goo to jump over and no matter how hard I tried, I failed somewhere on that level.
What I do want to commend is the fact that there's almost no wait time from the moment you die to the moment you can try again. That's how it should be!
Well done.
I liked the "just keep running" concept and the execution was flawless really. I didn't encounter any bugs in my attempts and the game seems polished well. I suck at it, but it's polished well
Great work!
Loved Playing your Game. The Game looks polished. And the Movement feels Very Good.
(Sorry I played your game a day ago but I forgot to rate it hope you don't mind)
