About Us

We are five dutch guys around 20 years old and we made this game about keeping your royal bloodline alive. We are new to game development so it is not the best coding/game ever and we would still like to change things about the game but we think you guys will still enjoy it.

"Dearest daughter and/or son (I have never been able to find out what you truly were).

Ever since your deformed body came crawling out of our mother's womb, I have been doubting the ancient bama’alah ways. Is this the right path forward? Will my sister truly guide us to the future? Should it be allowed to break the family circle and branch out into a mighty family oak? These questions have plagued my feeble, old mind for years, but after peeking at you in the shower I knew that this could not be allowed to go on. So I made up my mind and decided to change the holy ways. Alas, I was too old for conquest. So, my dear thing, I will leave it into your deformed, yet capable hands to push us into the future, keep my dream alive and plow the most distant of wenches as I would have done. However, the road ahead won’t be easy. Be careful of the nearby lords and their strong feelings for their sisters. Some will follow, others will war against you. Still, my horrid child, I believe you can realise my dream and save us all."

How to play

You download the game via the link given in this post. Then you open the LDJam.exe and then you are in the game! We recommend you play on a resolution of 1280x720, this can be change in the options menu You press on play and make a character, This will be the king of your mighty kingdom and pure bloodline. You are now in the main level of the game, on the right you have the map of the world and the different coloured hexagon areas are the different kingdoms. Your own country is always highlighted as bright pink. The goal of the game is to rule the world! You can achieve this by marrying other princesses so you can become the heir to their fathers' kingdom. You will try impress the princesses by your own wooing techniques, you may choose between romance, brawn, wits, performance, poetry or chivalry respectively. Performance, poetry and chivalry are combinations between two of three other skills. The princesses might show their interests in their appearance and you need to find out what they like to increase your chances at wooing her so they will marry you.

Good Luck!

This is very cool, I like the random appearance generator you did, for being new to game development as you said this is super impressive. Great job!

Fantastic game, very well made. Slightly dodgy practises, lmao. Also, there is no restriction on the length of your characters name and I think that caused some bugs.

Funny. Good art. Not so much of gameplay ...or maybe dating simulators are just not my piece of cake.

Very good for a first attempt guys! Hope you continue working it at it and learning. There's a few bugs in the game but it's still very good overall.

Just a note, its better to put a zip up on google drive, otherwise it takes a long time for google drive to zip it and send it to you (at least it took a long time for me)

This is a nice title ;)
Art and sound are great, was doing fine for a while, conquering the lands but eventually I kinda ran out of... ladies and had to wait a bunch for new ones to grow up.
Anyways, pretty good game :)
