I have 2 monitors and this games window is on both its so big.

A great concept, and strangely fun for its simplicity.

One thing I have to say is, it needs more juice. Some quick screen shake or even just a little water texture, along with some cool boat explosion particles would add a lot. Difficulty increasing at a great rate would also help.

I'd love to see the idea explored further. I got 104 points.

It's a bit tricky to control two things, but otherwise the game is easy. An increased spawn rate could give the game a bit more challenge.

Great idea! Controlling two things at once is normally a recipe for disaster, but the idea is simple enough here that it works. I do have to agree with the others asking for more feedback when burning boats. I couldn't work out whether they would still take lives off me if they got through while burning or not. The only other issue I saw was that only the left ray seems to give points. This could be a cool gameplay feature, maybe if the boats were coming from left to right, but presently feels like a bug.

Also, I remember seeing this on the front page during the compo. Thanks for posting updates back then, seeing other peoples work really helps me stay motivated!

I really like the control scheme. The ambidextrous nature of it is very oddly satisfying. I would have done the controls as polar rather than cartesian, but i guess thats just personal preference.

the difficultly ramp is a little low, but its honestly not that bad.

One cool thing i thought of, would be a few larger boats that took some time to light. Another thing that would be cool is if boats that were on fire moved in erratic directions, and could catch others on fire.

Overall, simple but sweet. Good Job!

Interesting concept. The controls are nice, but i think needs to rotate faster. I suggest maybe less but faster ships. Good work!

Great use of the theme! Controlling both beams was a fun challenge. Nice work!
