Yay, my dear, I have finally made enough cash to buy a new aquarium! No doubt my pet will be happy! He smashed the last one in a fight with crabs, so I had to move him away. Little fish doesn't really get along with arthropods... Anyway, could you look after him while I'm out? I don't want him to get in trouble. And do not press the button under any circumstances.

So, that's it. Your friend asked you to look after a fish she has in this... blender? Who puts a goldfish in a blen... >yawn< nevermind... and what in the world can happen with a fish. It will be fine... . . . . . . .

Controls: use your mouse, don't click the button.

  • Veronika - visuals.
  • Egor - voice acting, wise advice.

The initial concept is brilliant. I thought for sure i was going to be adding water to the thing as it spun and sprayed the water out of the container to try and balance the two while juggling something else. Nope, it was an amazing array of tasks, i even let the roaches go through with their plan to see what they'd do and they did what i didn't want. ;-) hiding them in the fog was brilliant. The animations were clear, the puzzle for the bomb seemed hard but curious. :-) cool stuff.

Thank you, @commanderstitch! Honestly, I didn't even think of the watering mechanic.

Fun little short experience ! This kind of game is really carried by the writting and in this game I felt it was pretty well done, it was short but every minute had something to do or something new to add and you can see a lot of though was put into it even in small things like the roaches having a small startup indicator when they spawn or the fish bumping against the glass to move the blender.

Great job !

Super nice game! I had a good laugh, and learned a bit of Russian in the process, which is a nice bonus :D Art is lovely. I love this kind of short narrative games with a bit of gameplay elegantly mixed in it. I hope it's not your last game in the genre. Nice job!

Great game, very adorable and engaging! I thought the voice acting was excellent.. I didn't understand it, but the intonations and mood of it were spot on! The artwork is excellent too!

I admit, the temptation was too much and I immediately pressed the button to see what would happen. I enjoyed the simplicity of the game. Not pressing a button is an easy concept to understand. I liked that the mouse was used to reveal the background and you needed to hover around to see the cockroaches. Also I wasn't able to complete the puzzle at the end (if it is even meant to be solved) but I was glad that I didn't immediately lose. Overall this was a nice entry.

Funny little game! Strange concept, but I liked it. I don't think I really understood what happened at the end, though, since I didn't complete the puzzle. Great work!

@captaindaws, glad to see people actually notice this kind of small touches. Thank you!

@spacemonkey, it was the first time I made a game in this genre and I really enjoyed the process.
Will definitely consider making something like this again. Thanks for playing!

@hedgy, thank you! I didn't consider this case. Will fix it after jam.

@redhermit, glad voice acting worked. :) I had some doubts about it, but deep inside I knew that
good voice acting in any language is better then a tiny repeating sample. Thank you for playing!

@ruddgasm, this is why we changed concept from a badass fish who tries to convince you to press the button.
Thanks to @phoenixking who noticed that it would make temptation even more irresistable. Thanks for feedback!

@picross, tbh, it wasn't meant to be solved. I wanted to add some Stanley Parable's vibes to the final
puzzle, but kinda failed to communicate it through gameplay. Thank you for trying the game!

Very nicely done! I enjoyed the constant chatting of the fish. I really didn't expect a puzzle game to suddenly appear, but it was a nice surprise, I like puzzle games :)

I like this very much! I haven't been able to complete the bomb puzzle though, so I'm sure I missed some of the chatter from the fish, but he was entertaining!
