Okay, first: The Sprites look really good.
And i like the idea of the game, I find it pretty challenging, though.
Trying to stop all the enemies on time while avoiding to get hit yourself and replenishing your mana...
Still, cool little game.

Best score I could get is 1293. I like the micromanage-ey concept, but I think it spikes in difficulty too fast.

I feel like at the start there should only be one enemy that spawns first. That way you can keep track of things better - you don't want to overwhelm a player with keeping some magic thing, not falling into a fire, attacking enemies, and a health system all at one. I love the way the graphics look - it fits together nicley. The music is prety good, but it can get a little anoying. if you extend the loop by 10 seconds or so, with a bit more melody, it could be realy quite good. The theme fits in very well!

I love the art of the game but it's a bit challenging I think you where going for the arcade type of game. So the players would have to work to see the rest of the game. I love that style of game but you should've made it a bit easier so people see all the content and judge it of the full game. My favourite game so far.

It's a little bit too hard to keep playing for a long time, but I liked the art and the idea, cool game!

Very difficult, though a great concept of using your projectiles to both give you energy and eliminate your foes. Good job

I kept dying for no reason as far I could say, maybe it has to do with running out of fire essence? I would appreciate a note on that.

This is really challenging. I think the difficulty raises a little faster than my skills do, but I believe that I'm the problem here haha.
The game is very well made. The graphics are beautiful and the mechanics work smoothly. Great job!

I must admit that it took me a while to figure out how it work, but besides that: really great work. Sprites are nicely animated, gameplay is exciting, music hits in the theme. Nice

Took me a couply tries before realizing you can keep attacking by spam clicking. Overall the game is really hard, my highest score is 2460, after plenty of tries. I do dig the art

@listonos You need to actually shoot fire into that circle on top, to make sure it's not out of essence. It was also confusing for me

I appreciate all the useful feedback. For the people that are not sure of why they keep dying, the concept of the game is that you need to shoot with your fire projectiles both the enemies and the "Fire Essence" which is the circle located at the top of the screen. Enjoy playing! ;)

sometimes my health was deducted even if I had not collided with an enemy and the essence was also alive

I dig the art and music. Well done! I am not too sure I understand what I am doing though. I keep losing just a second after I start and I can't tell why. My HP is full. Is there something I'm missing?

Music is great and the sprites are really nice. Would be cool to add some extra abilities to use more flame powers!

Cannot play, dying at the first second. Tried to shoot everywhere, not working at all

@corruptor2037 I wrote instructions on how to play the game inside the game, also, if it wasn't clear I explained them better here in the comments. the game works, I just had to explain better how it worked and I'm sorry for that.

I liked the graphic style and the particles. But the game lacks a sense of controllability. For example, I would remove the collision with the ceiling

The fact that you have to shoot circle above you - not fires on bottom it self is missleading (I lost 4 times before understanding this mechanic) Sprites look good tho and game is realy challenging (a bit too fast - average survival time for non super duper gamers should be above 20 sec in my opinion, I guess it's because you couldn't test it on anyone before submiting (?)

The game is actually really fun if you get the hang of it  The sprites look very sharp and vibrant! But I agree that the mechanics could be explained better in the beginning. "You must feed the fire essence with your magic" is pretty vague. What is the fire essence? Is the thing I shoot "my magic"? Does "feeding it" mean shooting it? Music is on point though, feels really energetic. Keep up the good work!

Overall enjoyed it. Although the audio only played in one ear and I could not get it to play in both. Once I understood what I had to do it was an enjoyable challenge.

@wet-band-aid the audio problem never happened to me, maybe it has to do with your audio settings? Sorry to hear that, i made sure it was stereo before uploading it here.

Cool graphics and music. IT was bit diffucult in my opinion porbably due to the platform location, but I get fun playing it which is the important. Good job!

My left ear enjoyed the music, haha. The game was way too hard, it was difficult to even survive two waves of enemies, not to mention keeping the fire essence alive. I didn't really like slow shooting while I had to aim at the enemy for a second or two. That said, if only it was easier, it would be good :)

@suchista you're the second one telling me about the audio problems. to be honest, I never had them when I playtested, so maybe it could have something to do with your audio settings? The game was made intentionally hard, and the fact that the projectiles are slow is part of what makes the game hard. That's why by saying "if only it was easier, it would be good" you're not really getting the point of the game, and again, I can get how some people might not like harder games, but the game's purpose was to be hard. Anyway thanks for the feedback, I just felt like explaining myself here :)

Wow. This one ramps up 0-100 in 10 sec :). I liked how you have to juggle keeping the circle going and killing enemies at the same time
