Overall really cute game. Loved the mood and the art. I think the menus could have been easier to read and use, considering that's a big part of the game. But otherwise I liked it!

Looks really good (assuming the pixelated effect is intentional), the player character is great and those button sound effects are funny. For me the game got stuck at the 'end of day 0' screen, maybe some UI didn't fit on the screen.

I clicked on the game because of the frog and I wasn't disappointed. A really nice farming game with cute art and sounds with fitting music. The difficulty seemed to ramp up after a week - I got to the day 9 and then my son died.

Really fun animations, the game was much better than the screenshots suggested. Was a bit hard feeding all my greedy children, but was a fun experience all in all.

Good game. A couple things that I think could help would be an indicator the day before that states specifically if someone is going to die the next day. If you fail to feed a frog it let's you play 1 more day before it ends the game for you and there doesn't seem to be anything you can do in that time that would change that outcome. Also it would be nice to be able to skip to the next day once you are done planting and buying instead of having to wait for a clock to count down. That having been said it was a fun little game.

@jimmothysanchez I completely agree, this is something I would definately put in the game if I had some more time. I'm glad you enjoyed the game.

@codeer I'm glad you enjoyed the game. I'm sorry you had issues with the UI I think it was to do with me not adapting the buttons for different resolutions

I really liked visuals and music. Very aesthetically pleasing.
The only issue I had is that you can loose all your seeds by clicking on the same spot multiple times.
But overall a really nice game.

Hey, I had a good time with this.

There's so many things I liked:
- The characters and their lively animations.
- There's a charming visual style (gave me 3D Movie Maker vibes)
- Some mystery (why is there a grave in the garden? who died?)
- There's a double-take on the theme (keeping plants alive and keeping your family alive)
- The ability to pop open the menu and review the controls while in-game
- Cool ideas for each of the plants.
- The UI was also pretty good at letting me know what was going on with my plants (too much / little water).

It was pretty chill playing this, so I wished there was a way to play without needing to use the mouse and keyboard at the same time ... maybe mouse or keyboard only controls?

Really liked that there was a daily special for buying AND selling. Although I wasn't sure if a special on selling an item meant I was selling it for less or getting a better deal?

Aynway, great jam!

I liked your frog character quite a bit lol, and the dual systems managing of growing crops and feeding your family was engaging yet also relaxing at the same time. Overall this is a super solid entry and I'd love to see this expand into a bigger game

@ashashza Wow thank you so much for such an in-depth comment.
As for the special items when selling them, there is always an increased sell price when an item is advertised as being special for that day. Although the amount the price increases is random within a certain threshold.
I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

This game is incredibly charming. The graphics and sound create a great mood. The core game loop is quite fun and engaging. Like other users said I would really like fast forward button though.

Very cute game! The controls were excellent and I really I liked the bread plant. I do wish the UI was easier to read, a font with less depth would help with that. +1 for a fast forward button too. Overall great game!

I really like the graphics. The pixilation was a nice touch. I found there wasn't much to do once the planting and trading were done so a fast-forward option would be nice.

Very nice concept! But what's the deal with the bread plant, that's kinda hilarious  It's already a good game in my opinion, but I think it could be improved if there's more factor that may affect the plants. But overall, Nicely Done!

I loved this game so much. The entire world is so cute, and the bread plant is funny. The music is really cool and relaxing. Also I loved that the cursor looked frog hand.

Pretty cool! The 3D reminded me of an old 90s game which isn't a bad thing. Lots of content in here in such a short space of time, so good job!

It's a great game! However, I forgot the button to change plants so my Tabby died on day 8, R.I.P
