The spruce of life by Deimort

[raw]
made by Deimort for Ludum Dare 46 (JAM)

There's only one plant left on the planet. Like the proud robot that you are, you must protect it. (Or is this really the case?) To do so, you will need to make your brain or more likely your processor work.

Any ressemblance with Wall-E is purely a coincidence

We have a version with webgl for no download, but we recommend the windows version which is less buggy and laggy. 1200px-HTML5logoand_wordmark.svg.png

Liked this one a lot. Reminded me of Wall-e. Nice work.

Really enjoyed the game felt a bit like playing as Wall-E. The concept has a lot of potential and was an interesting take on the theme.

The graphic of your game look really cool. The mouse movement though was a little to fast for me. :)

I came here to talk about wall-e too but everyone's already done that :D

One thing that prevents me from playing for longer than a couple of minutes is that if you slowly move the mouse, the game does not respond to this.

Amazing game !! It lacks a little bit of post processing but the logic part and the concept is amazing gg!!

I really liked how everything was put together, although it did get a bit dull for me eventually. Maybe adding an extra mechanic, or switching things up a little with the audio/graphics would keep things interesting. But overall I liked it!

@kr4xkan Thanks for your comment. I was in charge of most of the assets and as a student in tech art I completely agree with you. I would like to make some custom CRT/Glitch post-process, but I didn't get the time of course. I may the post process later to draw my frustration

This the first game where I spent a half hour. Very chill atmosphere and it's just a good way to relax after 72 hours of work :) I had same idea at the beginning of jam so it was interesting to see how developed that concept. And is it normal to leave area and jump on conveyor![Снимок экрана (119).png](///raw/962/22/z/31c56.png)I don't know??? But I put a screenshot in case you want to fix it

The speed of the robot made it quite challenging not to break the plant (this is not a bad thing), and I had to really reduce the sensitivity as much as I could to get trough the game. Otherwise it was great, I had fun playing it, and every level felt different.

Well done !

Really nice idea for gameplay and environment. I could barely get past second level because I can't seem to handle a flower pot properly. End up breaking it more than a dozen time. Great game though.
