A great looking game!


The first thing that struck me with the game is the pixel art, it is simply gorgeous!

The game plays nicely and is fun, the sounds effects are nice (maybe some background music would be welcomed, but I am not sure about that one)

The only complaint I have is not being able to skip the little cutscene at the beginning, but it is a very minor detail

Overall, I love it!

Pixel art is great!
Gameplay is good, it's fun to dodge attacks while protecting the flower.
As @sheinxy says, some music/cave ambience, and skipping the cutscene would've been great!
Overall good game, congratulations!

Pretty solid entry, but I personally found it a little bit hard to control character. He's too floaty. But great game anyways!

Thank you for your feedback, everyone! I agree that some background music and ability to skip cutscene would be great, but I don't think I'm allowed to add this now. Anyway, thank you for playing my first game!
I uploaded HTML5 version and little bugfix (no new content).

hi, the game graphics are spoton for the theme. The gameplay is a bit slow as the mazes are too long without anything happening for a long time. I believe you can make the game more fun by adding an objective or time limit or something like that. Audio will definitely improve the xperience of this game.

Good graphics and mood.
I searched around didn't find anything but a locked door, some iron ingots and an small item I didn't know what to do with... Maybe he should have speech bubble (with pictures) to hint what to do with stuff?

Also, didn't know why I suddenly got game over when I was full HP and far away from the flower. Do the enemies kill it or does it wither? That should be signaled to player.

Anyway, this looked like interesting game. Would play again if it was a little bit clearer :)

Love the graphics of the game and the sound effects were on point! Just wished the goal of the game was a little clearer cause I ended up going about the cave without knowing what I needed to do. Gameplay could use more feedback too like more particle effects but thats a little minor.

Pretty cool game though, great work!

Overall design and the mood matches with the theme quite nice. I agree with the critics about clearer goal and to skip the cutscene. Solid work though, thank you!

:thumbsup: nice game.. so, i got some stones and a key but i didn't get it how to use them.. i mean did the key used to unlock a door? or chest? or something else? you played as a lost dwarf, i know.. even you're lost, i think you need to give player some clues so they know what to do. however this one is worth my time.

Yeah, I should have given some more info about how to use the items. @shadow30 **the game is winnable**, but it's pretty hard to win though bc **you can't heal**. There's no time limit, but at night the golems are more aggressive and they will attack the flower if they are near to it. So, if you want to beat the game, you need to:

**[!]WALKTROUGH AHEAD[!]**


1. Find 4 shards of an amulet scattered around the map.
- Take the key from the maze at top-right (from the spawn) and bring in to the locked room at bottom-left
- Repair the lever in the maze with 1 iron and take the shard from room that is now opened
- One shard is to bottom-right location with a lot of golems
- And the last one is near the pedestal to the bottom
2. Repair the amulet with 4 iron on the pedestal. The seal is broken and the infinite corridor to the right is now finite. You can run away and abandon the only thing you should have been defending, or:
3. Head to the bottom-left are again and repair one more lever, which will unlock the area at the top. There are 4 golems, which are pretty hard to beat, so I recommend you to only take the pot and run to the flower
4. Interact with the flower to take it with you
5. Run trough the corridor and win the game.

I will try to beat it then! Thank you very much. I didn't know that the golems attack the flower at night. Now I know what to do. Nice job, the game is very fun!

Beautiful graphics, really impressed. My one complaint is that when you get a game over, you have to sit through the dialogue every time. That gets kind of slow after a while.
