Very much so like Solar 2 or maybe even katamari damacy. \r<br\/>The music was great. I really liked the character design. it seemed like it was an organic ship that had evolved to travel through space.\r<br\/>Some things to add would be an indicator for how far away the things are that the arrows point to. I travelled very far chasing one and never caught up to it."},{"author_name":"Taldius","author_uid":"12650","time":"Dec 15, 2015 @ 9:44pm","epoch":1450215540,"text":"My score: 1220\r<br\/>\r<br\/>The concept is classic but well done. The only problem for me is the controls. I understand that you wanted to use both themes, but rotating only with right click make the game pretty hard.\r<br\/>\r<br\/>Or you could have make the character always moving forward and rotation left and right with the left and right mouse buttons.\r<br\/>\r<br\/>Anyway, good job. :D"},{"author_name":"Archonthewizard","author_uid":"52352","time":"Dec 16, 2015 @ 4:01am","epoch":1450238160,"text":"Great exploration game. I think the viewport based on speed would be nice. For example, zooming out as you're moving faster. Also, one run, there was a set of 4 green arrows that I accelerated toward the entire game, full thrust, and never got to them. Not sure if it was a glitch or they just spawned REALLY far away. Either way, this game had a great mood and I loved the concept."}],"images":["ld34\/30568-4c4550eec774e6d14379c6950df7d92a.jpg","ld34\/30568-9aff409df2ab6dca7def67b78765350e.jpg"],"links":[{"url":"https:\/\/dl.dropboxusercontent.com\/u\/62849286\/LudumDare\/LD34TheGroth\/index.html","text":"Web"},{"url":"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/966z5vjhp53boz0\/TheGroth_Windows.zip?dl=0","text":"Windows"},{"url":"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/715eftoga8yix70\/TheGroth_Mac.zip?dl=0","text":"OS\/X"},{"url":"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/1ravrujk3wcerpn\/TheGroth_Linux.zip?dl=0","text":"Linux"}],"metadata":{"g_key":"6012","g_author":"30568","g_event":"LD34","g_eventkey":"31","g_subevent":"JAM","g_urlkey":"6102","g_title":"The Groth","g_status":"UCHK1","g_place":"851","g_commentcount":"14","g_site2_node_id":"0","g_hide":"N","g_has_icon":"Y","g_rqueue":"0","g_random":"0"},"nds":[],"node":null,"orig_images":["http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/compo2\/\/511439\/30568-shot0-1450143546.png-eq-900-500.jpg","http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/compo2\/\/511439\/30568-shot1-1450143077.png-eq-900-500.jpg"],"text":"The Groth\r\n\r\nExplore the depths of space as a magical creature who needs to consume tons of space junk to complete his goals of universal overload.
