If there indeed are no more levels after the first one (which is totally understandable in a 72 hour game jam), then I want to encourage you to develop the game further and add more content. But if there are already more levels, then you probably should look into the bug that we all in the comments are having. I like that you teach the player that they can drop apples on the main menu, that's quite clever. However, despite that, my initial reaction was to use WASD, this caused the snake to 180 his head and chew his body haha. Once I found out I could just use the mouse it was fine, but any touch of the horizontal axis destroys this lad. \nI think this could be a really cute game with a bit more polish.
