Probably the most fun game ive seen this ludum dare yet! I could easily see this as an incredibly popular mobile game. Keep up the good work!

This was addictive as hell. I really enjoyed playing it. having a little more control over the platforms would be nice though. Great job!

@kr4sh3 @taximan981 @lawnchair-society @dbreak Thank you so much for playing! I wanted to add more shapes and dynamics to the platforms but I was also trying to stay within 48 hours :P Very good suggestions!

Wonderful idea. I enjoyed playing. But i think, that you should change graphics style to voxel style.

Nice idea mate, Good job :D
PS. The UI is bigger than my screen!

@sparkdrago darn, I was trying to keep the aspect ratio 5:4 and use The defaulted resolution for that. Hopefully it wasn't too bad, but it helps to know, Thanks!

@bootygangdisciple @bobothegreat it's all about timing the platforms at the peak of the jump of the character :) develop tip ;)

Cool twist on the endless climb genre. I found that spamming platforms worked pretty well. you might want to add something like spawn timers or obstacles to force the player to have a more critical approach to playing :D

It's so challenging but it would make a nice mobile game!

I agree this would make a nice phone game! It's very hard to time the platforms, but its fun to see the character bounce away so far. The customization menu is also a nice touch

Very challenging game, I like the idea. but i think the game play was lacking especially in the explanation of how to play. I did however, enjoy the game and would love to see some more development on it, very promising! :)

@chilleh I was trying to make the compo time even though I didn't enter as an extra personal challenge I was trying to make a better interactive tutorial but ran out of time. I plan to polish the mechanics and all grahpics, and make modes for easy, normal, hard :)

@cancerous @nick-rasmussen Thank you both for your input, it is quite challenging. The goal is to time the platforms with the peak of each jump, but I will need some refinement on the challenge factor :P

@fat-cat @marbles @ironygames @virtuaworlds @colan Thank you all for the feedback, I am glad you enjoyed my game :D

Interesting game, though I was a bit confused at first. Eventually I got a hang of the rules and was having a good time. I really like the unlockable characters. Each one is unique and they make you want to keep retrying to get enough money. I will say that the speed of the platforms took some getting used to. They seemed a bit slow for the speed that the ball was moving so it was hard to keep up. I had good success trying to keep him more towards the edge of the screen. This game definitely grew on me as I played. Good job.

@ruddgasm Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! The platforms velocity was a balancing act haha, I didn't want it too fast where it is too easy to keep the character up, but not slow enough so saving the character isn't impossible. I would like to refine that so it is more balanced. I really appreciate you taking the time to review and play my game ^_^

Game has some serious potential for a successful mobile game. Very addicting and something i can easily come back to. Platforms speed were hard to get used to but that's what made me want to keep trying. Good game. I will be playing this again. Thanks.

I found a bit of what felt like an exploit - if the ball is quite close to the edge of screen, you can click that side just below the ball and send the bouncy ball almost stright vertically very easily. You can then tap it again, and it continue near vertically, and then keep doing this for quite a while.

The timing was very difficult because of the main character's floatiness and the high acceleration of the platforms. It would be a lot easier to time if the platforms moved at a constant speed. It was also sometimes hard to tell which side the platforms would come from - maybe some sort of visual indicator of this would be nice on the side of the screen.

That was fun to play. The store where you could buy faces/avatar was amazing specially the angry one I really liked the art work them.

Solid game with nice mechanics.

Some gameplay elements I really liked:
- How the character goes up no matter how it touches a platform, "breaking" physics
- The acceleration of the platforms prevents the result of clicks from being too predictable, which I think would make the game too easy
- The skins made me laugh :D

Suggestions:
- A combo system would be cool, giving additional points if you hit another platform while still going up or before N seconds
- A visual cue of where the platform will spawn according to mouse position would help
- Maybe gravity should be a bit stronger

Congratulations!

@milano23 Thank you very much! I really am going to take this project and remake it with the same idea and intent but to make it a bit more expandable and I really hope to put this one on the mobile stores. I got lots of positive feedback from this game, and I am excited to take this to it's potential!! :)

@juxipolo My fiance had pointed this out to me while we were playing the game after I had submitted, I just laughed really hard at the velocity the character was going when she did that! I will fix this in the remake I am making for expand-ability reasons. She was overjoyed that some of the players found out the exploit XD

@empty-set I am currently remaking the game to expand this to be a mobile game with the positive feedback I have received, I will be sure to make this addition for better player feedback. Thank you for your input!! :D

@chief141 My fiance had made the art and was very happy with how it came out! She was very happy to hear you liked the graphics! Thank you and have a nice day :)

@igor-kingamer Thank you for all those suggestions, I like the idea of a combo! I am remaking the game right now with expand-ability for the mobile stores. I will add cool X2 and X3 etc.. multipliers as you progress or if you hit a certain amount in a row. I wanted to do that in this one, but time got to me because I only had 48 hours due to other things in my life haha. Very well said, and I will make sure I take all suggestions into consideration.

@marot @sypdev Thank you very much! ^_^

To all who have played the game. I am remaking the game to add your suggestions and I hope to put this out to the mobile game stores! :D Thank you for the continued feedback! It really is helpful and encouraging!! ^_^
