Excellent job James! I love the creative use of the arkanoid/breakout mechanics. The visuals are stunning and the audio matches up nicely. I did run into a problem where I wasn't able to fire any more balls. I don't know if there is a set number of attempts you have or if it was a bug. Either way, I was stuck. Wow, just saw you did this in 12 hours. Even more impressive!

Wow! This has been my favourite game I played so far, and in only 12 hours too! Fantastic music, smart levels, and cute pixel art too! There's so much polish too, this feels absolutely great to play. Had a lot of fun.

I have always enjoyed simple physics games like this. Nice entry :)

Cool game! Easy to understand, fun to play. Some of the effects hurt my eyes, but they weren't applied on the main parts of the game. Nice job. :)

Very interesting twist on arcanoid. It would be awesome if there was a penalty for not catching the ball or something, but overall great concept, and good execution.

Really enjoyed this James, Super relaxing and easy to grasp. Adored the use of audio and the level design to create visuals after you completed the hidden pieces! Very chilled out and fun!

Cool idea, great execution on it. Thanks for bringing it by the stream!

Wow, what an amazing game. The idea is very out of the box, and it is executed in pretty much the best way I can imagine. I have nothing to complain about, but I'll advise you to continue working on this, it's really a lot of mindless fun

Oh and I fell like this would be amazing on mobile too, so maybe consider that option

The concept is simple but works very well, the sounds and music are well chosen. It's really a pleasant little game =D There are sometimes some bugs but succeeding in making this game in 12 hours is already incredible!

Simplistic, engaging and fun! Just shoot the balls, reveal the image and chill out. Awesome theme interpretation as well :D

This is great; a fun idea and execution, very directly on-theme. I'm currently enjoying the upbeat arcade music while writing this. The one bug I ran into was my last ball from a multiball powerup knocked the next, waiting ball off the screen and I was unable to continue the level from there (the reset ball button as well as the two remaining effects didn't reset anything).

[if you've seen my itch comment then ignore this please]
Well, firstly, I have been following you since your platformer series and to this day i use the same Object Pooling techniques in all my games, so Thank you for that.
Secondly, you might me one of the initial people because of whom i might have come close to the Game Dev world, despite the fact i've been into programming with C/C++ since 2010, but i got that push in from your YT channel in 2017..Thanks for that too. Never got to thank you.
Thirdly, as always, Revelator is an awesome game. :)
Last but not the least, I would like you to come back with more generic, programming patterns videos? Any Tutorials, sicne the pace of tutorials have been slowed down. :(
Anyhow, Thanks for Everything James! :)

really cool concept, i love breakout and this is a nice spin on that. Really enjoyed playing it but kept getting the same bug after "multi-ball" power, it hides the next ball, the arrow can be pulled out but not released for shooting (tried reset). But 12hrs work - this is amazing! Well Done!

Very nice! The gameplay itself is quite simple but the best part is probably just guessing what the pictures are after seeing just a little bit and the excitement you experience after revealing more of them. Using recognisable stuff from old games that a lot of people will be familiar with worked very well for that, almost like a quiz thingy! Liked it!

Bloomin' great game! Absolutley loved this! Could quite easily see this game in an arcade machine on Brighton Pier, only critique is that it was too short, would love to have played more of this game! Very clever popping in a nostalgia factor with some of the images, put a smile on my face!
