In this game, YOU are the life of the party! 🎈🥳

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬:

You’re in charge of giving the Block Dudes their respective Block Foods! Be careful though, these guys will party so hard they’ll accidentally commit 𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻! A smokey filter will cover your screen which is bad for your party, so use that purple Fix Button to make everything OK! The yellow bar on top is your party's life, and you need to 𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗣 𝗜𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘! Giving Block Dudes the right Food will improve the Life, and vice versa with the wrong Food. If it runs out, it's game over.

The more Block Dudes you have in your party (you can see that on the top-right corner), the more things you’ll receive! Try getting to 𝟮𝟱 for a special surprise! ;))) Good luck! ✨

Although I didn't quite get why ARSON was being commited, its a simply fun game! The particles look nice and the rainbow dancers make you feel like you accomplished something! Great game!

This is a pretty good game, considering it seems like it's your first jam. Graphics are simple, gameplay is simple, and the music is simple, but it does work, and it is honestly pretty fun! Nicely done.

I think it's a little too abstract for me to understand the context. Am I the bouncer? Does the party just periodically catch fire? What's the meaning behind there being two different colours of people (that one in particular seems a little strange)? That said, it's really nice and polished, I like the general vibe of it, and the gameplay itself is super compelling. I got quite into it. This is a really cool thing to have made, and I wish you luck in future projects!

@jofish thanks for the feedback! everything in this was sort of made on a whim because I started pretty late into the jam. because of that, I wasn't really able to flesh out anything haha 😅

I reached 66 actually xD. But the game became slower and slower when i got higher.

Simple game, but very addictive. The smoke is a good addition to throw the player out of their rhythm. Good job!

I got 74! As stated, the games start to suffer a lot above 60. Also, ultra wide screen is not really supported here haha, maybe try to set your camera to match height instead of width (21:9 are more frequent than 4:3 now I think)

Great job on the game!
The concept is super simple, the rules are clear to understand, the visuals are cute, the music is great. A very good jam game!

cool game. and fun to play.
got bored after I reached 51.
I think it would make a better mobile game.
I also think there should be more going on (game gets harder with more people)

- maybe increase speed of bar depleting.
- or add more colors green - yellow.
- switch between buttons(make red become blue an blue red)

also think the gas should just hurt your party (increase bar decay speed or number of people)
instead of blocking the screen. just make it do some damage if you don't press the Button.
