Nice rhythm game! The movement was a bit slippery but I enjoyed it :)

Fun idea! Thought I had timed a few of them well when they were registering as misses, but overall an enjoyable game - nice work :)

Nice. A freeplay mode would be awesome, where I can make my own songs. I played this in the browser (am on linux) and my computer is quite slow, so hitting the notes on the correct tempo was almost impossible and I only got it by chance.

The game is good but a bit repetitive, I don't understood all

I got confuse when I play this game, should I beat the mushroom with the rhythm or should I record my own beats?

Thanks for playing! Just to recap, you beat the enemies on time with the beats shown on top, successfully recording the beats in a track locks it in place and the loop is set up!

I'm a sucker for player-generated sounds making a soundtrack so I liked it !

The first level is working like a charm, I don't really understand why it's enemies and not just drums, i think it would make more sense id the enemies were defeated in a way.

Nonetheless, nice little game !

Thanks @garet! So from the second level, the "enemies" start moving around (but stop once hit), the static enemies in the first level are sort of a remnant from that idea. I get your point on defeating the enemies , I think we lost our way somewhere in the middle of making it a beat-em-up + rhythm game combination. Thanks for the feedback!

@keibii Thanks for playing :)

This was a nice game :)

I like the idea of beating up enemies to dynamically add to the music, and I also like the beats. Someone made a point about a freestyle mode where you can create your own beats, and I agree with that, that'd be a great addition if you go post-jam!

The idea is good but I felt that there were some issues with the rythm. Sometimes I felt like I was in rythm, but the recording part didn't work, other times I felt I was completely off but the recording part worked. Also for the second track, the melody wasn't in rythm with the beat. Don't know if it is a lag issue or something else. Good idea anyway!

Interesting game, I had the same problem with some other people that it occasionally felt off and like it wasn't registering hits sometimes when I was on time but it was when I was off time. The only real thing I would change about the game is to reduce or stop the player movement when you hit a note because sometimes I found myself clipping through the enemy and missing them on the next note. Apart from that, it's a really unique idea and a very fun game. Good job!

Maybe there's a few issues with the WebGL version, or I'm an idiot, but I didn't get it. I managed to record myself punching the red blob to the beat, but nothing more. Adding some kind of tutorial would be nice !

I think I actually experienced bugs on this game. After finishing the third object, the forth didn't show up. Also, when I dash toward the upper and lower walls, I was able to fall out of the map. Otherwise, nice game and thank you!
