Cool concept, but the game can be cheesed by the spacebar. You could fix that by giving the player limited ammo (and some extra ammo that flies towards you and you can catch)

Fun game, but it would be nice to have more control over the player and to have limited ammo.

Not bad for a beginner at all! It's simple but effective, and you've got solid graphics.

You should probably opt out of getting rated on Audio. The rules say you can only get rated on the things you created during the jam.

This was pretty cool to play, the music was great and pretty intense, it was a good decision to make the enemies kill you in one hit! :)

Nice simple game. I like a lot the visuals but the game itself is a bit dull. I would have added an score based on the time survived and enemies destroyed and some Sound FXs, but overall is a very good game for a beginner.

Solid for your first work. The audio was great !
You should have included a score at the top to keep it interesting while playing. Also for my taste you had to little control over the game itself, so it got boring quite fast.

All in all, solid for your first game. Keep it up and try to improve yourself!

Nice job getting something done! A little bit simple, but the starts of something nice are there. I liked the explosions when you hit the asteroids. Some more things like a scoring system or some more complexity to the bullets or shooting could have been cool next steps too!
