Absolutely love it. Hotline Miami vibes from the style, and it's immensely satisfying to get a good run to the end! Would love to see it with a timer and highscores to try and speed run!

Interesting idea, excellent implementation. Although, it is a little hard for me.

I made it to the end! A really fun game. Loved the sounds, music, art style, particles when you run into a wall... Really wanted to play more levels! Looking forward to any future additions. Great job!

Great Job ! I love that style and it fits the theme very well !

This is : "Hotline Miami, but you save lives instead of taking them"

As @ben657, a timer for speedrunners would be a great addition !

Someone already told it, but it has some Hotline Miami vibes, die & retry to learn the correct path haha. Nice power-ups addition when we are lost as fuck!

Cool game. A little hard and the character felt a little slippery, but the music implementation and idea are fantastic.

Really well made! The only problem is that you can clip into walls a lot and you practically get damaged every frame at 60 frames per second, so hitting a wall at the hinge means you get slammed for all your health. I also got stuck in some walls, which also did the same. Maybe increasing the knockback or staggering the damage would be a more secure implementation.

Super idea and cool graphics. It is a pity that movement to me was pretty bad and I couldn't finish any level (except tutorial :P). Getting stuck in walls is the biggest problem.
Nevertheless really solid entry. Cheers!

Great game and such a tiny build size! :) I had a lot of fun, unfortunately I killed more people than saved : /
there are some problems with scaling tho, I didn't see whole game screen (my resolution 1366x768)

Wow, now that's a good job! Took me a while to get used to the controls, they felt a bit "floaty" at the beginning, but after I did I just couldn't stop playing. Incredibly addictive! And great music too! I didn't see much of the artwork though because on a 4K screen the game was only playing in a tiny square. But other than that - very nice work!

Great and funny game! I really liked. Like the fact it has a tutorial. The idea is new and interesting. Music and sounds fit to the whole atmosphere. But sometimes you can be stuck in walls although it seems like you can pass by. But overall, great job!

Good idea, but the controls were a bit confusing for me.

Really fun game, liked the tutorial, the artwork, music! Controls felt very slippery, and using w/up to move to the right threw me far more than I'd like to admit, but great fun all round!

Only issue I had was if I started colliding with a wall with momentum it's basically an instakill if you can't get off the wall, but I probably shouldn't have crashed into the wall in the first place

Game feels great. Awesome physics. But this is a game where you can drift, but you will not cause you can stuck in a wall because of it

Ok, at first I thought that this will be really hard to play, since the controls were really sensitive. But somehow after first 2 levels it felt actually good, as I was trying to go as carefully as possible and than figured, I need to go fast... in order to make it. The idea is amazing and the music makes the right tense, that was telling me go go go, be fast! Yet precise. I can´t help it, but it got Hotline Miami vibes, since the action is really intense. I had really great time with your little game, and would certainly love to see more. Thank you and great job!

Great UI and menu/pause system. Some alternate controls could make it easier (maybe involving the mouse), but the current ones are fine, just takes a bit of getting used to. Definitely dial down the difficulty options as some people (like me) did struggle (although I completed most of the levels after some practice). You could just add a few easier levels before the hard ones come into play (definitely keep the hard ones). But finding where the surgery room was more of a trial and error; once you found it, you just had to memorise the path. I think this is actually a valuable way to reuse the levels so well done! Hotline Miami like graphics worked well, and the art on its own was nice. Some improvements could definitely involve looking at alternate controls (keeping the current ones, just allowing more options) and some more levels that don't jump difficulty too fast. Even a hint as to the general direction of the surgery room might help. As much as the AI got in the way (their purpose of course), they worked really well and felt quite intelligent! Anyway, the gameplay felt smooth, and the controls and movement was felt great and well polished! Great screenshake and particle effects and the "Thanks for Playing" final level showed this off really well! Overall, amazing game, heaps of fun with great audio, graphics, and an overall mood!

Oh wait this has an editor? Click! Not yet but hopefully in the future, as this game is great! We want more!

Never thought that drifting with an stretcher through the hospital could be so fun :D Collisions with walls have some sort of bug, but the game looks polished aside from that. It's challenging and addictive, when you clear a level you just want to play more. Cool game!
