Summary

Hey Guard'ner,

You've been gifted some Happy Dancing Daisies. It's up to you to keep them watered and protected from the elements.

How long can you keep them alive and dancing?

Some people have had trouble with this so: To refill your water just hold the watercan under the pump.

I survived for about 2:33
The art is extremely nice looking. I especially like the water color looking tree in the background.
The flowers also have a lot of personality. does make it kind of sad when they die tho :c

The music and sound effects added a lot to the experience. I liked how it was cheerful and stressful at the same time.

Art is very nice. The sound effects and music were well suited for the game. You definitely got the theme perfectly imo. If I could suggest anything it'd be to add a bit more balance. I felt frantic rushing between the water pump and swatting flies. Obviously it shouldn't be easy, but it felt hectic for me.

But still a great game. Thanks for letting us play!

Art was really nice looking. I especially liked the menu screen. A small tutorial or introduction could be useful, as it took me a while to figure out how to fill my watering can back up. I kept trying to click on the water pump instead of just holding the can under it. Once two of the flowers died and I was down one, the game got pretty easy and I ended up just quitting out at around 5 minutes, so it could use with some balancing as the timer goes on. But overall, really well done!

Really like the art/style of the game. It has a good chill vibe. I'm not sure how the difficulty ramps, but I think the hotkeys make managing a single plant a little easy, I got to 7 minutes before moving on.

This feels like a really cohesive and complete little game :)
In terms of balance, it was pretty easy to keep two plants alive, after I had lost the third and finally understood what temperature did. If you wanted to expand on it there'd definitely be room for more ramping difficulty, and then maybe upgrades to improve over time?
Great work overall!

Awesome game! It was pretty difficult keeping all 3 alive at the same time, but when I was down to 1 plant, it became a bit too easy. I think introducing some additional mechanics when the player gets further would be welcome. Like maybe the pump gets jammed at some point or bugs can eat through the umbrella so it doesnt lower temperature as much might be interesting mechanics for a post-jam version. Overall, this was on of the most polished games I've seen, great job!

That's a well-made game with cute graphics, congrats!
Maybe add some sort of an end? I lost two plants trying to understand how the umbrella worked (I didn't) and figuring out bugs existed but then once down to 1 plant it became really easy and I left after ten minutes because nothing more was happening (it's always better to have the game end than the player quit, imo; in this optic, you can add an endless mode, but the default one should end at some point)

Very cute, the mood and aesthetic were spot on. Some of the mechanics aren’t super intuitive, such as refilling the watering can. Good job!

Really funny and humorous. I just sat down at the computer after planting a few seeds even so very on topic for me! First time I played I tried clicking on the pump to get more water, so I had to replay before I understood that mechanic. The meters on the flower water levels were a bit hard to see, but they were so very dramatic themselves that it didn't matter too much after all. Very well made game!
