Story
--------------
In the future(TM), robots have replaced animals as the preferred pet for children. But what happens when it's time to upgrade? And where do all those used robots end up anyway?

Author's Blurb
--------------
My goal was to make a minimalist game that explores themes of abandonment and scavenging in a world of semi-sentient robots. I tried hard to keep things simple without sacrificing the story I wanted to tell. Controls are on-screen at all times.

Enjoy!

(Linux version coming soon, hopefully!)

(OS-X Note)
-----------
GameMaker makes it very hard to export to OS-X; if anyone wants to make an OS-X binary from the source, I'll gladly host it here and give you credit.

Nice game, kinda reminds me of movie A.I. Artificial Intelligence
I liked the story and gameplay was also pretty good, platformer with only one horizontal direction to move allowed proved to be challanging.
Poor, poor snails (are you French? xD)

Fun game with a good little story to go along with it. The difficulty ramped up pretty quickly with those saw blades, but I was able to make it through. I also liked the variety of mechanics in the game. Good job!

pretty good game and story :) the graphics and sound need work but I'm glad you focused on keeping it simple to focus on the story, as often the story in games is too overlooked.
