“Welcome to the YesBots testing server, where we put new military AI through their paces.” “Get ready for a safer future, in the cold, digital hands of our AI!” - YesBots promotional website (2020)

Machine learning is all the rage nowadays, but what does it feel like to be an AI, having to work out everything out by trial and error? This top-down shoot-‘em’-up attempts to capture that feeling. Fight hoards of engaging enemies in challenging combat, with ten levels and a compelling narrative. Follow the AI “MorpheusV8” through his trials, and witness the trouble which comes with being an underpaid AI technician just trying to track down those last few bugs.

Postprocessing makes cool feeling, Imho there should be more level progression and it will be awesome ;)

Nice Game! I quite like the shooting, well done but I got stuck in the level where the patrols were introduced. The game didn't advance me further sadly :/

The effects are really good looking, I like how the screen tears in half and stretches like a computer glitch. I did notice that there is a stuttering effect on the character. This usually happens in unity when the rendering the movement are out of cycle. You might need to move the position updating into or out of fixed update.

The game was fun! Enjoyed playing it. Sadly I had some graphical bugs. The whole environment was very dark. One couldn't see much.

This is a really fun game and well put together. It feels like an old-school game with how the graphics, fonts, and music work together. I liked the high-score aspect of it too, which made me want to redo some of the levels for a better time.

i liked the bouncing bullets mechanic, it gave it some puzzle element insted ofjust shoot the enemies. however i found that the post processing significantly slowed the game down for me and this made it less enjoyable to play. also it would have been nice if the camera folowed the camera a bit more closely instead of trailing so far behind the player. :}
