This game was made with the UPBGE game engine. Our 3rd LD around, I think we finally got the hang of scope. Hope you like the game, and don't forget to share your scores!

Civilization has given us many wonders, but it has deprived us of some of the simpler joys. This game is a throwback to the good old days of shepherding, when you didn't have to worry about anything but the grass under your feet and the sun on your face. Oh yes, and the sheep. The kind, caring, sensitive, wise, compassionate sheep, that do nothing but run around eating things that poison them. Those sheep. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the harmonies of the Symphony of Baahs.

P.S. Please try to keep the sheep away from those scary-looking bushes. You may find your cattleprod (LMB) and your fences (RMB) useful. Good luck, and may the force be with ewe.

(Make sure to run SheepWrangler.exe to play the game)

Hello! I love the description, it got me interested in playing it, but when I click the links, I get a 404 from itch.io, maybe I tried the link while you were making changes? Anyway, I'll be back!

Thank you so much @noahnewline for pointing this out to us. Unfortunately @elmos-minion is asleep so we probably won't be able to fix it until tomorrow morning (EDT), but please come back to play the game and leave us some feedback.

I fixed the links, terribly sorry (the itch.io page was complete *but not public*, it was still a "draft")

I am curious how we got 5 ratings without any game to play, though...maybe people are rating without playing games....or it's just based on the images

Mechanically, this is a pretty interesting title! I COMPLETELY forgot Blender had a built in game engine basically. This gave me a pretty good arcadey feel so very well done! Hit 94k score before stopping.

Sorry you got bunk ratings, thats pretty sucky and I hope it doesn't affect your ending score too terribly.

Really cute idea and fits the theme so well! I had some issues with the direction the cattle prod 'poked' the sheep being a bit inconsistent, but overall the game worked just fine and was quite fun!

Hey ! The game is charming but it might need some more work :)
(I'm happy to see that someone made a game on blender <<3)

@texz You lose when all of your sheep die.

fun game bro.
I hope only you know that something will get broke and had a slower pace...

most annoying thing is when I try to push some sheeps and they blink behind me.. needs better physics.

cool entry though

I'm glad you got your link fixed! I think this is my first time actually seeing a blender game, that's awesome. I like how fast-paced it is, while being simple to control and understand. I wish there was a sound when one of the fences would break, or when more bushes would spawn. All of the baahs were making me laugh, nice job!

Interesting game! I was not fan of the pace of the game, everything was going so fast that it was difficult to understand what happened in the game and stop sheeps from going off to die. Did the sheep destroy fences, or did they randomly get destroyed? Anyways, good submission, and nice to see a different engine being used.

@bastian-bresson The sheep actually destroy the fences over time, the more sheep pushing the fence the faster it gets destroyed.

Thanks for the feedback everyone!

I killed 315 sheep. I like that they stand on top of each other to get over the fences. Actually I hate it, but it's funny.

Bit of a sketchy packaging of the game, could of used some bloat removed too as it had a lot of python packages it didn't need included.

As for the game, it seemed to go on forever in my case. I think some of the sheep got attracted to something they couldn't get to so they kind of bunched up on the hill, so I always had at least 6 sheep.

@aaranos I noticed that too actually, when testing, but I still have no idea what object they're targeting over that side. Also, thanks for the feedback, I didn't notice that a lot of the python packages were unused, so I'll be sure to trim down the packaging a lot next time!

I don't know what it is: the frantic pace, the sound design, the fact that the sheep seem to want to die - this is the funniest game I have played in a long time.
