It would be nice if the game was more "juicy" - particles or trail renderer in the ball, more feedback \/ impact when you strike a "goal"... Though of course, you can only do so much in the compo. \r<br\/>\r<br\/>The game is pretty solid, though! The theme I used is Two buttons.\r\n\r\nThis is my 2nd time using Unity3D, 1st was in the previous Ludum Dare.\r\n\r\nAs I have little artistic skills, I tried something I could build with only geometric forms and simple UI.\r\n\r\nThis is a digital version of a physical game I used to play during childhood, Aquaplay. It's a case full of water and it has 2 buttons that push the water thus pushing the ball inside. \r\n\r\nThis is a basketball type game, so the player that makes 22 points first, wins.\r\n\r\nControls:\r\nPlayer 1: Z key\r\nPlayer 2: M key\r\n\r\nFuture improvement:\r\n\r\nI need to learn to do UI scaling and anchoring in Unity3D;\r\n\r\nPush buttons should be 3d and interactive, for touch controls;\r\n\r\nThe original idea was to make a mobile game, and the input would be touching the virtual buttons in the game;\r\n\r\nI wanted to add an underwater shader during the Menu and endgame interfaces, and inside the case, but I don't know how to make shders in unity yet;\r\n\r\nAdd more art, textures;\r\n\r\nAdd better sound, fanfarres;\r\n","title":"Aquajam"}
